It's finished, the other M.
Funnily, I found it most difficult at the middle, when you first go to sector 2, and when you return to sector 3. The tribolite guy with seeker missiles was the most difficult boss, too bad he never even got a health meter.
Edit: Checked the wii mail, according to it, I had played 5 hours and 20-something minutes of Other M today.
So my copy of Kirby Planet Robobot came in mail yesterday, it's really fun so far, but does anyone else is experiencing framerate drops in certains areas/camera angles?
I got mine 2 days ago, it's pretty solid so far. Hopefully the Final Boss and the extra games like Arena and True Arena don't disappoint.
It's literally impossible to be disappointed in Robobot's final boss
I was flipping through my console games a few days ago and I realized something.

What the heck happened to DK's teeth
they got punched out by little mac obviously
DK has retractable teeth or some shit because he can just call his teeth on will
That's actually pretty standard for DK. His teeth only appear when he grins, it's been like that since he was rebooted in 1994.

It's just a silly artistic quirk.
Curiously, Funky Kong is exempt from this and always has teeth visible.
Donkey Kong has like half the bodaciousness of Funky i supose.
Anyway, i just ordered Triple Deluxe, and going to buy Robobot later. This month will be all about Kirby for me.
Is your 3DS of the original model, or the "new" one?
I have the original one
I should also add that it's not a slowdown like in recent Pokemon games, I'm just getting less frames per second

We wouldn't really know if Funky is an exception on that quirk though. Basically the only facial emotions the guy has are grinning or a combination of grinning and something else :v:
Even after all this time I'm sittin here thinking about someone actually finishing robobot and going "eh I'm a little let down by that final boss" and wondering what kind of sad hollow existence they must lead.

Goddamn Robobot is a good game
i just beat triple deluxe and that probably had one of the best final bosses of a kirby game
is it better than that
I just remembered that Robobot came out today, but I just spent like 140 dollars on art supplies. I need to resist until next paycheck.

It makes Triple Deluxe look like a joke.
I fucking love Triple Deluxe.
I'm almost through world 1 and already I enjoy how the mech is being integrated with the game much better than super abilities or hypernova.
Also is this a record for how quickly it took for the Halberd to be destroyed?
Is there going to be a game where the second the Halberd shows up on screen it just fucking explodes for no reason.
Meta Knight tries, okay?
After comparing the Halberd to pretty much everything else on Popstar/Dreamland it's not hard to figure out why the bad guys would focus their attacks at it first and foremost.
i like how kirby has the power to summon clones of himself at any time, and only ever uses this power to make backup dancers

I recently got myself a new 3ds just for this game and yeah, i've noticed some slowdown on my new 3ds.
It's similar to Pokemon in the sense that with the slider off the game runs fine but it runs like ass with it turned up.
Shame too since it's the expansion of the game literally called Kirby 3D
I'm thankful I don't play with 3D on. I finished the whole campaign and didn't have a single instance of frame drops.

Seems legit.
What happens when you try to launch it?
What happens when you try to launch it?
Considering the cover art is named after an SNES ALTTP hack, I assume it boots up a Dreamcast SNES emulator with the rom.

I was initially a little dissapointed by the final boss, but that's ONLY because I accidentally read someone's description of it ahead of time and I thought that
[sp] The "Transforming Halberd" would be more like the final panel of this comic: [/sp] Spoilers, I guess?
But once I got over that, it blew me away.
planet robobot is pretty good.
really short though, beat it in 6 hours at normal pace and already almost at 100%

Kirby games tend to have a short main campaign, a lot of the playtime is after then, like the arenas and whatever version of New Game + the game offers. Hell depending on the game half the playtime can be just trying to beat the True Arena.
I've been playing for only like 3-4 hours and I'm already at the 6th world, with every code cube thus far.
[sp]Secretary Susie[/sp] has to be my favorite Kirby villain now after the second encounter.
Planet Robot is nothing but "What? You thought that was the end? Nah man this is when the REAL shit goes down!"
Fucking [sp]Meta Knightmare Returns and that boss rush of swordmasters. I actually used my 35p attack on Dark Matter expecting him to be the end, but I didn't expect TWO more battles after him.[/sp]
I expect even more from the True Arena.
