In this order: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Spirit of Justice (Optional spinoff games, these can be played after Trials and Tribulations) Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth Ace Attorney Investigations 2 (Japan only) Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken (Japan only) The first 3 are in the Ace Attorney Trilogy 3DS bundle, and Dual Destinies is on the 3DS eShop (also has an optional DLC case). Apollo Justice is on the DS, and Spirit of Justice is first going to come out soon.
As someone on Facepunch once said, there are no bad Ace Attorney games. Only good ones and great ones. I literally binged Ace Attorney 1 through Apollo Justice. Kinda burned myself out and only ever managed to finish the first case of Dual Destinies. I really need to finish up.

PW vs PL was also an amazing title, though it could've done with a little less fanservice.
I just realized I said I "benched" the games instead of binged. No more posting right after waking up.
What if Nintendo NX' gimmick is virtual reality and the console is named [sp] Wii R [/sp]
After the Wiiu they have hopefully learnt to avoid naming new consoles in such a way that you'd thing its actually a peripheral. I just hope we don't get "New WiiU"
After the Wiiu they have hopefully learnt to avoid naming new consoles in such a way that you'd thing its actually a peripheral. I just hope we don't get "New WiiU"
New New 3DS would be just as bad, as "New Nintendo 3DS" was.
New New 3DS would be just as bad, as "New Nintendo 3DS" was.
Hello, yes my son asked me to get him a.....uh....three dee ess. You want one of the new "New New 3DS's" or an old "New 3DS" ....the new one? We also have a few ones that where traded in making them an old "New New 3DS" or the old old "New 3DS"
After the Wiiu they have hopefully learnt to avoid naming new consoles in such a way that you'd thing its actually a peripheral. I just hope we don't get "New WiiU"
I think back in December of last year they stated they will be moving away from the Wii brand. I'm more than certain this was reflected from changing back to the red/white color scheme from the white/grey scheme they adopted after the Wii's major retail success.
New 3DS has to be the most retarded name for a console out there. Sure the Wii U's name has contributed massively to its underperformance in sales as a console but the N3DS is straight uncomfortable to talk about because of how the word 'New' can mean multiple things.

Doesn't really work that way elsewhere but I don't think anyone managed to explain that until it was too late.
Great, now I just need Godot to eventually appear and I can finally die happy.
I don't think they are covering Trials and Tribulations in the anime. I believe they are just covering the first 2 games.
Great, now I just need Godot to eventually appear and I can finally die happy.
So you're waiting for Godot?

is it possible to gift 3ds games? i remember somehow buying a digital copy of splatoon for a friend's birthday a year or two ago, and getting a gift code he could redeem, but is there any way to do that with 3ds games? or some equivalent method of gifting things on 3ds?
So you're waiting for Godot?
Probably one my favorite theater plays too. How Ironic. The only critic I have about the show now that I watched a couple of episodes is the VA's. Like Pheonix sounds like every other teenage boy mcprotagonist in anime. Really wish he's VA had a more mature voice since I always pictured him that way when I played the games. Also Edgeworth's voice gets weird sometimes like he's supposed to have some sort of accent. Really wish they went on with the voices from the TGS trailer:
Isn't it possible to buy download codes on the eShop website?
It doesn't seem to want to let me, since I already own the game on my nintendo account.
Well now I regret buying earthbound and super metroid on the wii u eshop because I just found out that they both got added to the 3ds eshop and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to get them without having to rebuy them for the 3ds. Is there a reason they do it this way, make you buy the game again? Because it's not making me go "oh boy I'd better buy this game a second time now that it's on the platform I originally wanted it on", it's making me go "that's a shame" and take no action.

I don't think you give Nintendo enough credit with their online. Yes, friend codes were a misguided attempt to keep overzealous American parents and their lawyers off their asses, but Nintendo Network is pretty damn good. It's reliable, the servers are fairly quick, a lot of major game updates - not to mention the service itself - is free... Honestly, what is it missing at this point? I never get a straight answer when I ask that, but what's it missing?

Granted, I'll give you cross-buy and cloud saves and I agree (and to their credit, they're starting to rectify it.) Is there anything else? People are always going, "Nintendo's online still sucks in 2016!" Is that really the only thing it's missing?
Are purchases still locked to the original device without a complete system transfer?
Are purchases still locked to the original device without a complete system transfer?
No. They're tied to your account. But your account is apparently tied to your current console. But I'm not sure how accurate that is considering I just got a Wii U again after not having one since early March and when I logged into my account I could access all my digital content just fine. [editline]5th July 2016[/editline] Same goes for when I made the switch from a 3DS XL to a N3DS. [editline]5th July 2016[/editline]
Voice chat would be nice for something like Monster Hunter, otherwise I'm quite pleased with Nintendo's online, at least post-Brawl.
Monster Hunter has voice chat built in? Or at least it did on the Wii U. If the 3DS versions don't have it then that's dumb, but that's also partially on Capcom's part for dropping that feature.
Tri Force Heroes was planned to have voice chat, but instead we get emotive portraits. Not only does the 3DS microphone not have that great voice quality outside the Sound feature, but they also really wish to avoid exposing their audience to vulgar language and slurs because of griefing, but that doesn't stop them from getting angry over a troll.
If nothing else I hope Nintendo's online services continue to be free. Sony can try to sugarcoat it with PS+ but having to pay to use online is bullshit when it was free on PS3.
To be fair, PS+ does has some good value in it and there are some games you don't need it for to play online, but yeah: they should have kept it as a rewards program since there was no reason to hold the online ransom. Same with XBL Gold, who at the same time has also given their service some extra value with the Games with Gold program. At the very least, paying for a service and goodies is a better deal than just paying outright for the service itself, but I totally agree that both of them should move back to free online and make their premium services into rewards programs like Club/My Nintendo (which itself has also always been free, mind you.) Make PS+ back into what it was, and just turn XBL Gold into straight-up Xbox Gold. If you wanna keep charging for them, fine, but don't hold the online ransom. It's 2016. But considering that Nintendo Network is still the only service that's completely free, I think it makes what they offer more than comparable with PSN and XBL. If they were charging and still missing features, I would be angrier than I am. But right now? We pay nothing for it and are only missing a few perks. Not bad, I'd say. Hell, it's even ahead of the others with some things - you may not like it yourself, but I personally think Miiverse was a stroke of genius and now Microsoft intends to follow with its own console-integrated forum. Not even on Steam have I played any game that feels truly social as Splatoon's plaza with its Miiverse integration. It's just nice to chill in, even without going into an actual match. It makes me sad that Wii U sold so little and its releases are wrapping up, because I wish these spaces were more populated.
looks like Nintendo has concerns regarding the potential appeal of the NX http://www.eteknix.com/nintendo-admits-selling-people-on-the-nx-could-be-difficult/
With how thing went with the Wii U I'd be contented too.
