Well I'm uploading the download to dropbox, so if anyone wants it just hit me up with a PM and I'll give it to you. It took the guy 8 years of blood and sweat out of his love for the franchise, I will not stand idly by. Maybe if Nintendo got off their asses and did something themselves the fans wouldn't need to make their own.

fucking shitty gamestop gave me a copy of XBCX that wsa literally keyed to pieces. like what the fuck you shouldn't even be accepting games this scratched and torn up. i really hope they give me a refund and don't say that i did this.

They'll refund it. Just tell them it doesn't work and they'll refund it, or give you a replacement if you choose.

Holy shit did he really leave a comment of "I'm really gonna enjoy drawing this!!" :v:? It's a shame really, the Zero Suit kinda marked the beginning of the downfall of Samus as a character, and it first appeared in a [B]really[/B] good remake

The Rocket Heels are attachments they added for her to have new moves and to blend in the old and new designs. I think the character designer did a good job on her in SSB4. Like Link is a mix of TP and SS, tho his face is weird but whatever. And tbh, the Zero Suit is just a modern version of armorless (or bikini) Samus from the 80's. I don't see it has a downfall really since it was already part of her character to have barely nothing under that bulk of an armor. The only dumb shit that ruined her was Other M incarnation, which is thankfully retconned so no need to bring it back unless the devs give her high heels in the next game, whenever that is.

Just finished PLvsAA. It was a pretty enjoyable game for the most part. It definitely made me wants to invest into the Layton series. Puzzles investigations were fun, but court sections dragged forever, but i liked the multiple witness stand mechanic. I also didn't liked the huge twist. [sp]I really wish they kept a little bit of magic to it. I hate how it made the whole past trials pretty much pointless as if nothing ever happened and it didn't matters anymore. Also poor Barnham getting tossed out of the whole final case. He deserved better [/sp]

This is the first I'm hearing of Other M being retconned, though I certainly hope it's true. Can we just finally get a Metroid game that takes place AFTER Fusion? Maybe it could be like Metroid 2 where you have to go to the new home planet of the X Parasite and wipe them all out, and could implement the fact that Samus has Metroid DNA in her to play with new ways for her to obtain power ups and such.

You know those flying robots with the little spikes in the factory area where you get super missiles? Fuck those things. They're without a doubt the griefiest enemies in the game.

They just hug the ground and never let you hit them unless you glitch through their body so you can fire missiles at their tiny fucking little hitbox and hope to god they don't just dodge out of the way magically.

Every time I want to pick up a copy, it's "I'm sure it'll go down in price soon" but it stays at f'ing $40, while other games that came out after it did keep getting marked down.

Federation Forces takes place in the Prime Universe, which was retconned by Other M up to this day. It's really just a 2+2. The game people are pissy about retconned the game that people were the most pissed about. And, if Nintendo is indeed planning a return to Metroid on the NX, I can bet it will be tied in to the Prime Universe somehow and not Other M's seemingly because of FF. Wouldn't be surprise if the game has hints to a future Metroid game in it too, hidden in its levels or dialogue. And I would also love them to push past Fusion and get more crazy with the Power Suit design and powerups since it's now more organic.
