Uhm, no? One is on the cart and the other is on my system. I still have both towns, I just checked. I know for a fact that if you have the game physically, data is saved to the cart
Odd, I had one town and made another, on a memory card. Loaded town one and it gave a red message saying "first town deleted, only one allowed"
pffft what
Surely, if you're gonna' do a Hello Kitty crossover, why not actually put Hello Kitty in the game? Animal Crossing is one of the few franchises where she wouldn't look that out of place either. I dunno' just strikes me as bizarre.
I'd rather it just be clothing/furniture because there's a slippery slope to adding cameo characters flat out. Also I really like some of the furniture they showed off. I can't bring myself to buy a hello kitty cardpack though. Rip.
I hope the Felyne client in HHD becomes a neighbor with the new update for New Leaf
Hi again, I still didn't buy a new 3DS xl because I read about the TN versus IPS screen controversy. Apparently, the top screen of a new 3DS xl may be a TN screen or an IPS screen in some cases. These two screen are not identical. I'm worried about buying a new 3DS xl without knowing what kind of screen I get. Is there any solution to this? How did you solve this?

Besides, the IPS thing is from almost a year ago when it was new. Odds are, your going to get a TN one.
pffft what
First Sonic and now Animal Crossing? Hello Kitty has been doing video games collar lately. At least it doesn't look bad.
First Sonic and now Animal Crossing? Hello Kitty has been doing video games collar lately.
I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to reinvigorate the Hello Kitty brand at the moment due to Hello Kitty being in the 2020 Olympics.
First Sonic and now Animal Crossing? Hello Kitty has been doing video games collar lately. At least it doesn't look bad.
Also Mario (Super Mario Maker)
Mario Party and Color Splash gameplay At this point i don't really know how to feel about this new Paper Mario, seems like something i'd enjoy but not as much as the old games, maybe i'll wait for the reviews

I was surprised that Nintendo showed to the Apple event.
It's weird that their introduction to phone stuff is just another crummy auto run thing. That's about as much effort as I expected though.
Probably testing the waters with a low budget game. They might even be going as far as to be recycling assets. It'll do well. Curious what they'll be pricing it at though.
Here is actual gameplay from the event:
I think it's a good move. Kids are already playing these jump games so why not them be Mario instead so kids will see the brand more often in stores. Plus they signed that deal with DENA so yeah.
It is a start! I'm really happy about this. If it is successful, we might see more from Nintendo on iPhone :)
It's pretty crazy to see Nintendo stuff at a non Nintendo event. It sucks it's a time exclusive, stuff like this scares me if Nintendo ever went third party.
I'm a bit worried because the main draw of even buying a Nintendo console is getting the exclusive quality Nintendo IPs on there, moving away from their own consoles kind of kills that.
I'm a bit worried because the main draw of even buying a Nintendo console is getting the exclusive quality Nintendo IPs on there, moving away from their own consoles kind of kills that.
If it's just little mini-game/time killers, that's not going to cause anything drastic. They're not putting the next installment of Animal Crossing or Fire Emblem on it, just making little games using the ip.
I'm a bit worried because the main draw of even buying a Nintendo console is getting the exclusive quality Nintendo IPs on there, moving away from their own consoles kind of kills that.
Think of it as advertising that the consumer is paying to interact with. A lot of people say the same thing about Pokemon Go - the idea isn't so much to have a primary source of revenue or competition, it's to maximize the time consumers are seeing the IP.
So, not to change the subject but, uhh Mission 15 in Federation Force is just a straight up Turret Segment. Escorting a slow tram full of minerals along a railway, and it only moves while you're setting in the turret seat. Actually really though.
It's a shame they're putting their stuff on phones.
It's a shame they're putting their stuff on phones.
I think it's a good thing. They're branching out, which could eventually lead to them falling to other means if their future consoles don't do well. I dream of the day Steam's front page is full of Nintendo games.
Think of it as advertising that the consumer is paying to interact with. Sales of 3DSes skyrocketed after Pokémon Go came out and everyone was snatching up not only the new installments but taking to resellers like eBay to get the DS ones. I still don't feel comfortable about this, however.
None of the phone games are going to be fully fledged titles, it'll all be simple things that we've probably seen before but makes use of a IP and the characters skills. The only game i'd expect could end up with a full mobile release is Wario ware or some of the simpler NES titles like balloon fight, clu clu land or excitebike
