Well well, I wasn't informed that the Steam preorder for Dark Souls III came with the digital soundtrack too Guess I'm dropping those 80 bucks. This is a special occasion after all

3 hours in and it does feel like there is a decent selection of early weapon finds at the first real area.(The Beta Grounds) Really solid so far. Better than how Dark Souls 2 started for sure.

Quick question for people who have already beaten the game: does beating the last boss immediately transport you to NG+ like DS1 or can you beat the game and then move on when you're ready like in DS2?

Dagger weapon "spoiler" - [sp]Equiping a dagger in the off hand has you wield it backwards and you can do a Downward attack > right to left slash. [/sp] Pretty cool little detail, wasnt expecting to see that. First real area loot "spoiler" - [sp]Was also not expecting to have Greataxes drop from regular dudes.[/sp]

Ran into a bug in Castle Drangleic. I can't access the third bonfire for some reason, both the golem torches are lit and the sentinels are all dead, but not all of the stone soldiers have spawned. Does anybody know if there's something I'm missing or something that would fix it? I've been reading up on it and I think they're suggesting that if the door doesn't open, attack it enough and it might break down. Frustrated as hell, the Faraam armor set is back there.

Can i not be summoned once i have beat a boss? called in 1 guy to help me with a boss i was stuck on, now i wanna farm up some souls by helping others. ive tried the fire right by it (which had many many signs when i needed help) and right outside the boss door without any luck :( changed covenants and it worked almost instantly, strange

It seems the Xbox servers havent even been switched on in my end.

Still havent figured out how to + my estus either and its bugging me, every stream ive seen at the same point as me has +2 and ive just got 8 flasks at regular strength :(

I did, but I probably just absorbed them. I'll see if I can get the souls to be absorbed into the other stone soldiers
