A small part of me is still scared that FROM might fuck the visual quality of the PC version of the game compared to the console versions in the interests of a more steady framerate on older systems. Also, if you're playing on Xbox One, that's an unpatched version of the game and has a much lower difficulty than the PlayStation 4 JPN version.

Can confirm the game is fucking hard I die around 5-10 times every hour with varying frequency Bosses don't spike in difficulty as crazily as DS1, but general enemies are brought up to a much higher difficulty generally For example (post third lord spoilers) [sp]I'm right after the Dancer of the Boreal valley. These knights are assholes, particularly the spear ones and especially those bastard giant mace ones[/sp] Every armoured/shield using enemy in this game is so hard to deal with, you have to learn spacing and your weapon's moveset extremely in depth. Backstabs only work if you get a lucky opportunity edit: JESUS CHRIST [sp]The red-eye knight weapon arts pretty much almost one shot me[/sp]

how do I swap boss souls for their weapons in ds3?

Look at the thrones in the hub, you'll see a dude sitting on one, he'll exchange souls for weapons.

I think my 770 should be good enough. If I have to i'll turn down a couple settings a notch.

I gotta say I'm pretty fucking salty about how this whole release has been handled first of all the gap between eastern and western release - okay, I can kinda get that, maybe they need more localization time, but it really shouldn't happen in this day and age then the xbox one glitch. okay, it's a glitch, but it's obvious that the game is fully functional at this point. then they give what appears to be a fully functional PC version to streamers. best of all not just specially hand-picked streamers, pretty much anyone who has more than two viewers on twitch and promises to stream it. I bet many people here could get it if they just emailed bamco and had a twitch channel. why not just fucking release it at this point? it's not making me any more excited about the game, just more anxious about the spoilers and more eager to avoid everything about the game. the review build will probably be leaked within a week anyway, so it might lose them some purchases too. good fucking job.

Didn't the devs say to expect issues if you get the game early since there's a day 1 patch coming?

Probably goes without saying but be careful while on youtube. I've been looking up Bloodborne stuff for the past few weeks and I'm suddenly getting recommended videos with bosses in the title and thumbnail for Dark Souls 3. I'm not really bothered by spoilers but just letting anyone here know, just in case.

I can't find the video again, but I saw a stream by a Japanese player that confirmed [BIG ARMOUR SPOILERS] That both [sp]The Armor of Artorias, looking better than ever[/sp] and [sp]Smough's armor[/sp] are in Dark Souls 3. And yes, [sp]Artorias's greatsword CAN be transposed from the Farron Legion boss soul[/sp]
