Are there any berserk weapons in DS yet? Haven't played DS2 dlc yet
It kinda fits lorewise the OIK was a pushover compared to the Smelter, considering the Smelter fucked up the OIK and took over the Keep in the first place.
Are there any berserk weapons in DS yet? Haven't played DS2 dlc yet
Do you mean weapons inspired by Berserk?
Are there any berserk weapons in DS yet? Haven't played DS2 dlc yet
Bloodborne's Logarius Wheel is inspired by Berserk. And the Greatsword in Dark Souls 2 is ripped straight from it.
If the Greatsword had Majestic's moveset, it'd be pretty much the Dragonslayer.
I've started playing Demon's Soul as a female barbarian, whom I intend to make a strenght and endurance character (that club is the fucking shit, by the way) I was worried that the game's age would had put me off a bit, but this game holds remarkably well: the environments and characters are gorgeous, the cutscenes are well executed and the character handling is extremely fluid and responsive (that could be due, and I'm sorry to push this issue again, because I've been playing Dark Souls II for days) I defeated Phalanx easily because I wasn't sure what to do and started throwing away all the firebombs I've been collecting in the palace at it

To get to him, follow the bridge right after Phalanax boss fight, and time your runs you you don't get BBQ'd.

Is he not basically the same deal as the One Reborn from Bloodborne?
Is he not basically the same deal as the One Reborn from Bloodborne?
They are literally nothing alike.
Is he not basically the same deal as the One Reborn from Bloodborne?
He's a large enemy with buds around the arena shooting at you, not a whole lot of similarities otherwise. More of a callback with the layout of the fight than the actual boss itself.

Hearing that song again makes me want a Demon Souls remaster even more now. I don't want to buy PS3 again. The DualShock 3 was poopbutts.

I did that before I got rid of my PS3 and all the inputs were delayed. Plus with how I have things set up a wired controller isn't really an option.
I really really really wish the Demon's Souls soundtrack wasn't recorded mostly with a shitty synthetic orchestra. The arrangements themselves are really good but most of it sounds super bad in practice. Just compare it to Bloodborne which I believe was From's first full orchestral work.

Holy shit. I never knew that if you killed Vanguard at the start of Demon's Souls that [sp]Dragon God just punches you to death anyways.[/sp]
It's a shame they put such a good theme on Vanguard, it would have fit much better somewhere later in Boletaria.
(Enters the last tutorial room in Demon's Soul and meets the Vanguard) "Ah! I've played Dark Souls, its sequel and Bloodborne, you big pile of shit. I'm getting whatever bonus defeating you grants right under your huge fat ass" (Gets hit once and dies) "... ARTIFICIAL DIFFICULTY"

[editline]17th February 2016[/editline] I missed the joke
He's making a joke.

My bad i guess :s:
I was hoping everyone got that the above was auto irony
You have to realize, with your history of posts is was anyone's guess if you were serious or not. [sp]for real though, you'll like DeS. Just take your time when playing it dude and don't rush through it like you did with ds2's dlc. The literal only part I'd call bullshit is the boss of 3-2, and even then it can be taken out with proper preparation.[/sp]
This talk about DeS makes me want to play it again. King Allant, the flying stingray and the blind dude were great bosses. It's a shame that a lot of the bosses have good ideas behind them, but are unpolished and easy to cheese.
Leechmonger for example is just shite.
My god, I'm almost munching on dbs out of pure reflexes nowadays You know what irks me? These hornet rocking boys get a lucky, one off backstab and they win a duel. Then I decided to be a faggot and heal, bringing us back both to max health Their skills vanish as soon as their ring becomes useless I'm not sure what to make out of this
