How is the Claymore in Demon's Souls? It's probably my favorite sword in both Dark Souls games. [editline]20th February 2016[/editline] why not man
'Cuz the last time I tried nobody wanted to join. :v: And those that did want to join couldn't decide on a time to do the fight club.
'cuz the last time I tried nobody wanted to join. :v:
because i'd annihilate everyone tbqh fam
Not sure about the claymore but the normal two handed sword, upgraded to +3 with about 25 STR needs about 3-4 hits to kill any enemy in the first part of the valley of shit. Makes the area really frustrating.
I used the Dragon Longsword +3 in that area, it kills the enemies really fast since they are all weak to fire.
I hope in Ark Oul 3 there is an arena where you cannot backstab the opponent But there won't be arenas in the first place so loL
because i'd annihilate everyone tbqh fam
take off your dusk crown / hornet ring and fite me fgt If the people lurking right now want to get together for some fun games, I can organize it pretty quickly. We'll probably need the connectivity mod, though. Bring your red / white soapstones!
You can be the sickest parry king in town play around naked, parry some fool, whip out a zwei and riposte
I used to do that. I'll admit it was inspired by this video though.

It's actually how I got this wonderful gem of a hatemail. Pussies can't deal with that
I've played a STR/DEX character so much now, anyone got any build tips/guides on doing a chaos/pyro character? Like what stats weps/armor/spells to go for [editline]20th February 2016[/editline] I've been looking online and i can't seem to find any recent pyro guides that break it all down.

DS1 is easy enough since you'd put points into attunement and then level up the pyromancy hand after saving Lawrence / finding Quelana. DS2 is a bit different in that fire damage also scales up with Faith and Int as well as the pyromancy hand. And if you want a higher damage output / risk-reward (Correct me if I'm wrong, only know about the effect but not whether it's worth it), use the Dark Pyromancy Hand at full hollowing.

Looked up the Dark Pyromancy hand and it's not worth it.
Fire damage scales with Int and Faith. Fire damage also scales with hollowing, effectively getting max damage at full hollow. Slightly stronger than Pyromancy Flame when fully hollowed due to its slightly higher attack value and with S scaling, though it only deals 10-30 more damage. As of Calibration 10, the Red Tearstone Ring no longer boosts its damage, making Dark Pyro Glass Cannon builds unreliable. Very useful for PvE when being human is not required. Equip the Ring of Binding for best results.

DS2
I have a pyromancy build in DS2. Works pretty well for what I need. I switch between Fire-infused Bandit Axe or Fire Longsword depending on the situation. Southern Ritual Band is for extra attunement slots, and Ring of the Embedded to boost up stats.
Been thinking about doing a Mace of the Insolent Miracle/Hex build, with another basic charm for buffs. Might be fun, doubt it'll be overly viable :v:
What fire spells do you recommend boosting ( usage gems and such )
What fire spells do you recommend boosting ( usage gems and such )
??? There aren't boost gems in Dark Souls.
I think he means the simpleton's spice or whatever?
Is it a bloodborne mechanic? The spice is for faith and int spells. Pyromancy has no requirement aside from attunement slots.
I think he means the simpleton's spice or whatever?
yeah my bad the spices that lower faith/int, i'm a big scrub when it comes to magic stuff in Darksouls 2 tbh, always played a fast sword dex type or a strong 2h str type. [editline]21st February 2016[/editline] found this rather amusing/funny guide http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=381283593
Why does CE have to be a confusing mess, i just wanna swap items v:v:v
all you have to do is type in the item ID that you want it's not that hard. you do have a list of item ID's don't you?
The latest (last I checked, some months ago now) working table for DS1 has a built in lua script for swapping: Used it today, works fine. [editline]20th February 2016[/editline] Unless you want one for DS2—I don't remember if the tables had swapping scripts. Wouldn't risk the trouble it might cause anyway.
My brother just got Bloodborne. Helped him kill Father G. and pointed him in the direction of Eileen. First thing he does when he sees her is attacks her. All of my why.
I did that too tbh. I was twitchy and anxious !!
