What an intense fight. The threaded cane is such a great weapon, there really isn't anything it can't handle except I do prefer to switch to the rifle spear when fighting the brainsuckers in upper cathedral ward

I was suddenly reminded of 2 of my very first characters in Dark Souls II (vanilla).

SgtTupelo (imaginative name), a dex-str -warrior in Heide Knight -set that drops from them. With 2 swords powerstanced. I became pretty good at quickly killing Heide Knights while hunting for this set. :v:

I hate Ebrietas. All her moves are easy as hell to dodge and then there's a charge that is an instakill if I don't dodge exactly right, and then sometimes even if I do. I also really hate bosses that are just you waiting for them to do that one attack that makes them vulnerable. Smash your head on the ground, stupid alien.

And that AoE damage field whatever is just silliness. Even if it's negligible in the end, it's still awful design.

Speaking of bullshit hitboxes, the fucking Hellkite Dragon SotFS added to Heide's Tower. Unless you're standing pretty much at the bottom of the stairs it's fire hits you through the goddamn wall.

I still think the boss with the worst hitboxes in all the souls games is the Fume Knight. His sword's hitbox is like 3 feet wider and 2 feet longer than the actual sword. It's a shame, because it can be a fun fight otherwise.

It turns out running around in a tin can all day is awful for your skin, along with that undead curse thing.

Other-you leans close, you hear a whisper of "lmao get rekt casul" as you feel a blade pierce your backside. "Fuck, I didn't even get to be on top". What glorious last words they were, really, good work dude.

You need to click on the other versions. The CE and Prestige Edition are, or rather "were", also available for the PC.
