inescapable 'server full' error has been eating me alive since three 2.0's ago also distress bacon was on purpose also also it's still going into ultra slowmo flight when I reach it
I managed to get in once with this new patch but my framerate was absolutely abysmal, which is really disappointing considering how amazingly smoothly and well Arena Commander seems to run now. I was getting in the teens walking around the station, and single digits after take off. I managed to QD somewhere, but I blacked out instantly after the jump with no inputs by me and was never able to recover. Also Hornet missiles seem to be dumbfire. I'm not sure if that's a bug or I'm doing something wrong, but they used to be IR missiles. So yeah, still not remotely stable enough for the live server yet. At least it doesn't crash when trying to connect anymore. I was able to go about for an hour or so, but FPS was all over the place. It kept saying about 15~ but it was smooth at some times, choppy at others.

They're the apex of combat in ships of a low price range (And the Imperial Clipper, with its weak shields and paper-thin hull, is only good for being a trade ship, really) - But show me a Vulture, a Python, and a Clipper, and I'll show you fodder for my Anaconda. The Anaconda turns slowly. Very slowly. But its shields are virtually impenetrable, and it's surprisingly agile while boosting. It only takes a couple of seconds of being caught in the full fullisade of ordnance an Anaconda can carry to absolutely slag any lesser ship.

I still haven't been able to get into the game... tried 2.0e now 2.0f crash during the loadingscreen every time.

the thing about afterburner that bugs me the most isn't that it's separate from boost, but that even if I decouple at max speed, I'll [i]decelerate[/i] to my max non-afterburner speed. I understand there's intended game mechanics with allowing afterburn but dammit if I want to travel fast and not chug all of my fuel I don't see why I shouldn't be capable of performing a short burst and coasting for a while

So is there a limit to what you can gift? I found my original account from 2013 and want to transfer as much as I can from my current account (november 2014) to that one. I can transfer the game packages but looks like everything else is locked to that account, so I don't know if it's worth it.
Anything bought with store credit is locked to that account. Things are giftable once; this means if you want that drinks bar I've gotta buy and gift you a new one (or you can spend the $10 extra to sub for a month and do it yourself, up to you). Once the PU economy is live and you can actually do things like sell your ships for UEC, you'll be able to transfer all your stuff over within the game and consolidate everything at last, and you can wait to retrieve your drinks bar then. Assuming your newer account has a package and is able to actually get into the game, but it's also possible that won't be necessary to transfer small stuff, who knows. So I can actually play for an extended time now. But FPS takes a hit constantly and that makes space fights hard as shit. In VS I can take my ghost to wave 15, but in 2.0, I can't hit shit.

I'm thinking the lag may also be affecting whether your guns are attempting to meet at your reticle rather than aim directly forward, which can mean missing a lot of shots when looking directly at the front/back of a ship's profile, or if it's rather close and requires the shots to go a bit cross-eyed

So I finally got into the PTU and was able to play for the most part. It was still janky as hell, most things didn't work, I got stuck in some weird cruise/SCM hybrid mode multiple times, AI jumped around like crazy and most of them just sat there without even moving, but the stuff that [I]did[/I] work was really cool. I like where this is going. I liked finding missions just by flying around and I liked the dialogue that comes up to trigger them. I wasn't expecting that. I flew to the ringed moon and followed around a Constellation for a little bit then we noticed some fire going on in the distance and flew up to it to see a player Mustang shooting at some Pirate fighters. After we blew up the pirates, the Constellation tried to kill me so I flew away. Plus some other stuff. But it reminded me a lot of Freelancer MP. It's great seeing other players and being able to interact with them, even if your interaction is very limited and most people don't have the chat window open. That's where you order your ship. The doors to it seem bugged from the spawn area so you have to go out the airlock, walk to the other side of the station and re-enter. You walk up and use a terminal, then select the ship you want to spawn. It'll tell you which landing pad it is on. I managed to get ingame - after 5+ minutes of loading - and spawn my ship. I then crashed the instant I got up the entry ladder. Hitched like crazy and barely got above 30fps.
The doors to the ship room sometimes won't open and that's a bug; I'm one for two on the doors working. I have a loaner Merlin but for some reason the loaner Hornet and Connie I should have aren't appearing in the list. Some people are having the same problem with the Tali base loaner. One more bug on the pile. First Connie I got into flew straight into the map boundary in QD, killing all aboard immediately. Next, I got flung out the roof of a different Connie that started leaving just as I used its airlock elevator to lift me in. Then I got into someone's Connie and the game crashed the moment it tried to leave. Kinda sucked that it crashed right then, because stranger wtfosaurus had just popped in. :v: Once you get into your ship and have taken off (v changes between precision and normal flight mode so you can speed up after getting off the pad) hit b to open the Quantum Drive interface. Point at an indicator and click mouse3 to go over there.
Without [url=https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.com/discussion/294428/verified-solution-fix-for-crashes-in-ac-v1-3/p1]the custom user.cfg[/url], I get unplayable framerate hitching that locks up my entire computer for several seconds every 15-20 seconds. With the custom user.cfg, my framerate never goes above what feels like 20 which is borderline unplayable to me, but at least it runs. Supposedly, [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/starcitizen/comments/3v9inl/cig_working_on_resolving_the_framerate_issues/]optimizing the framerate[/url] is what CIG is working on next now that the game doesn't crash every 2 minutes. They changed who gets what loaner ships and I'm annoyed by that because I've gone from a Hornet to a Constellation. I have no interest in flying the Constellation as to me it's just a huge ass target, but ironically it's more maneuverable and turns quicker than the Hornet which, [I]really[/I] shouldn't be the case for a ship that's like 3 times bigger.
