The little fist of satisfaction at the end is a nice touch
Here's "potential" 103% combination I got with messing around. I used 2 bars (as in you get the one at the start of the round and you get the first hit). The danger of it is that you can get punished if they successfully read your first 50/50 (you either go low or overhead into power up), and if you don't use EX power up they have a tiny window of space to try and block your upcoming 50/50 (it's still hard to guess tho since you can do p much anything).

Is this easy to get into? I'm interesting in playing it but I don't want to end up being one of those people who just button mashes because it's the only strategy I can figure out.
The klassic reptile skin just looks awkward, the green robe doesn't fit the weird face and body structure.
It also really bugs me because original reptile did appear as human
I really think that was one of his cooler aspects too, you saw him as a green scorpion, which was already cool looking enough, but then that rare fatality would happen and he'd take his mask off and WHAMO a fucking reptile head eats the opponent.
It was cool in old MK, it was cool in the movie, I think they should preserve it by making klassic skins actually klassic, besides that the clothes look really weird on him as it is.

Honestly the klassic ninja skins should be recolors of the subzero one like that ermac video, it's perfect
i decided to pick up Reptile, i wish i did earlier i love how his acid bath works especially combined with noxious variation the klassic costume is just the icing on the cake

Fairly easy, considering the game was made for casual crowd with it's movie-like story mode and actually having a block button instead of just going back.

Very easy. Most combos are input very quickly rather than requiring precise timing. The game is built to be accessible. I highly recommend it.

I know it's kind of a late comment, but how does being able to see your opponent's stream tell you anything? It's not like an FPS; you're on a 2-D plane and you can't see the buttons he's pushing or anything.
My performance on PC is fine, but when I play the PS4 version I see green ping everywhere, but when I go online I haven't seen past red ping.

Sadly, that's just how it is. PS4 is also ahead in patches, leaving behind Xbone and PC.
How in gods name are you suppose to do the fireball run cancels. I'm sitting here with Raiden trying to do it but it's not working I've watched videos on it, so difficult for me.

I got it on PS4 where there is actually ping above red.
Lol I thought Kung Jin got nerfed or some shit. He still hits 40% 1 bar and the combo is stupidly easy to pull off.
Literally the only problem with him is that when you try to do B21xxBo Spin you have to watch input timing because it often does that Bo Flame thing instead of 1.

I've started learning Sub Zero's cryomancer variation, and although I win a lot of fights against my friends and the AI I don't think I would stand a chance against anybody online. Are there any tips on how to extend his combos?

If you do well against hard bots you could compete online, there is a lot of crap people online
The Combobreaker stream is getting DDos'd or something, some guy in chat is telling every one to accept him as their god. sigh...
Trying to learn Lao on PC, I only just realized why I was unable to do most combo's with him because PC hasn't gotten the update yet that allows the Hat Spin to combo properly.
