I don't like how they removed cool and unique characters like Kabal and Baraka in favour of ones like Cassie Cage and Jacqui Briggs. They're fleshed out if you play the story but overall far less memorable.

Yeah especially since most characters could be [i]really[/i] cool with the variation system they've put in. Like, Cassie and Jacqui definitely have stuff. They're fun. But I'd definitely prefer to see previous popular characters to get the same treatment. Obviously it's not likely to happen with MKX, and only in a perfect world, but for example Mileena's variations are perfect from a design standpoint and a lot of characters that were left out could stand to benefit from it.

Yeah I just did that to see how well it ran on PC before I buy it, definitely getting the Xbone version instead of PC.
Something small that really irks me is that D'vorah's insides are shown to be blue in Ferra/Torr's first fatality, when she gets cut in half. But in every other fatality, her insides are red.
Inconsistencies annoy me.

Then why my game had to redownload everything? I just turned on my PC and then boom, Steam was downloading ALL the files.

A few people have reported this problem on the same day, I think they messed something up perhaps testing the June 2nd patch and some people got the short end of the stick. I didn't have the problem, but it's been brought up in steam discussions and other places
