They all had pretty unique movesets (as far as MK movesets can go), but instead of coming up with different styles for each they're just putting them all in one character...

AFAIK, they only share normals, and from what I saw on the kombat kast they have pretty insane combo strings for each variation. Don't get me wrong, I'd LOVE to see them as separate characters, but I think this compromise is fine.

Even though i bought it for ps4, i had so many problems with wb support.
And once i could start playing the game, I realized how shitty the netcode and the matchmaking were (atleast back then).
I was planning on buying the complete edition (XL) for PC just because of all the DLC chars, but fuck that.

So I just picked up the XL version, and just started the story. For some reason the combat feels stiffer than MK9, it feels more like Street Fighter and I'm not really liking it. Maybe it's because I haven't played 9 in a while, but I just remember the combat being a lot more free-flow.
MK9 was full on negative edge and way stiffer.
The only real difference in attack execution is you can't mash to win like you used to.
In my opinion, MKX is a direct upgrade over both Injustice and Mortal Kombat 9 at the same time. It feels like it took the best aspects from both.

This is exactly how I felt, I hated 9 but loved injustice, so MKX feels great.
Kinda sucks that you can't play as Sindel. She was my favorite character in MK9

content wise i feel MKX was a lot slimmer than MK9.
