No, its still one of them.
Character dialogue straight up references his story in MK9.
Also its pretty much certain to be Bi-Han (One of his 3 intro lines with Ermac all but mentions Noob Saibot "Not corrupted, freed" etc.).
That and Kuai (maybe?) appears in the comic with a completely different outfit and gets the scar.

There ARE two Sub-Zeros walking around though, the official MK X tie-in has two Sub-Zeroes with vastly different designs, one is seen explicitly for a few pages and gets the famous eye scar, and has a goatee. The other uses the MK9 design and is in a cameo panel during Raidens visions of current events going on,

I mean the way sub-zero acts in the dialogue thats been shown it doesnt seem like bi-han. Bi-han was pretty ruthless and colder than kuai even when bi-han was still alive and not noob saibot. From what was shown MK X sub seems to be acting more like kuai.
Who knows, maybe it's just Steve Blum dressed up in a sub zero outfit.
Im probably the only one, But Id like to see Stryker again at some point.
