3. The CS:GO skins are only available through purchase. Frankly it's morally grey about servers that the skin spoofing is exclusive to, but Valve is erring on the side of caution, because they're a business. A business first and foremost exists to make money.
You can still make and play mods in other Source games, I haven't seen Valve try to stamp those out.
Considering they went out of their way to kill modding in two of their biggest games I'd say they don't like mods much anymore.

Start with OoV tango and few clarities. One level in invis, once you get level 2 you level smoke and roam to mid/any vulnerable position and go for the kills. Your job as Riki is to be missing from the map 24/7 (which means dont show yourself in any lane and dont wait for the last hits unless you can take the last hit and move on) and max out smoke since that thing is one of the strongest non-ultimate spells in the game. Just go and gank people, then get arcanes so you have mana to spam smoke some more, and later on you're viable greaves carrier (otherwise you can go for ~35 min diffusal if needed) and you can get vlads/ maybe drums if noone else did, also you can go for hatchet and gem and just deward every single place of the map if you're confident that you wont get caught out and die. There is no point in more levels in invis early on since if they see you you're probably dead anyway.

Uh yeah, you don't pick antimage for early game. You need at least manta basher to take him on which you should get around 30ish mins. Just avoid teamfights and let them take your outside towers if you can't defend them.

They need to revert his Trance duration from 5 to 7 and his axes need to give vision again, if they play around Fervor they will make him OP again.
if they're going to revert any of the changes, I think they should give back the +15 damage in melee form. he feels so horribly weak in lane now
I don't know, I think he's still viable with blink dagger and items like SnY and Deso, if any changes are needed I think vision of axes would be a good buff.

what hit Troll the hardest was the damage bonus removal from Q, and the movement speed bonus turned into something that scales with levels.
Before, Troll's Q at lvl1 was REALLY FUCKING POWERFUL it gave you like +20 passive attack damage, passive movement speed, armor.. making Troll possibly the best lvl1 Hero.
I wonder how good Daedalus would be on Bounty Hunter. His crit when maxed out is actually a higher Multiplier now since that recent change to Daedalus.
I don't know if it something you should plan on buying early, but later game maybe it could be worth it.

I think of it as basically a back up plan for when you (are pretending that you) are a carry.
Troll was fine with the removed base damage and the removed maphack-on-demand.
Why isn't Nyx played a lot against the omnipresent INT cores?

I've been seeing plenty of Nyx(nyxnyxnyxnyx) being played around.
Besides, while he has a very good skillset for picking off lone supports or something, he can just as easily be played as a more situational Bounty Hunter when grouping up. Use Nyx to scout out enemies and then when the fight starts just let him do his thing.
Basically apart from Mana Burn he's just a worse Bounty in the current meta, honestly.

Nyx can turtle the base unlike Gondar. Both are very different heroes.

Nyx is alright, but is not as strong and, compared to some other popular heroes, needs a few items to be/stay relevant. I think he's best when they got +3 int heavy heroes.

Nyx is different from BH because Nyx pretty much needs a lane where he can get xp for lvl 6, so the best bet is offlane where he can survive some nukes and mid is possible vs an int hero, whereas BH can roam lvl 1 with invis.
Also Nyx has lockdown and lots of nuke power, while BH can only stay relevant getting utility items.
I love it when someone in 2k tells someone else to not play whatever hero, even though they only play pusher strat with lone druid and they still can't win more than they lose.
