Completely redundant, but I can change the image on the server later.
It's so inconsistent, one game people can farm like chinese and go above 600, next game the carry has more lines ranting about peruvians than last hits
generally the biggest flaw with 3k players is they can't farm worth shit no matter what role they're playing. If you see someone that can actually rice like that and not feed the advantage away chances are they're going to climb to 4k
So cap mode automatically gives captain to the highest mmr player now. Also when you swap heroes with someone it swaps any items they bought too.

Does it transfer gold too? Because you could stack 1250 gold on a hero
Nah
I noticed when I swapped with someone who'd already bought stuff and I got 625 gold and no items, while the stuff they bought was carried over to them.
I guess this could be bad if you bought say mid items and then swapped with a support who'd bought supp items.
I wish they'd fix cosmetics not changing to your loadout after death if you swapped with someone.

Imo they should only fix your loadout not changing, dont fix the swapping part - or my friends are going to play supersafe again, begin afrait to die and loose their-my equipment.
just add a button or something, in loadout - to update the ingame loadout after next death

Seeing as I have a 33% winrate with shadow fiend, this seemed fitting.

what's up with that resolution
Did Valve change some textures on certain heroes for no reason?
Oracle, Treant Protector and Timbersaw seem more saturated, the levers on Timbersaw's mech are now differently coloured for some reason and Ogre Magi's faces are just plain terrifying. There might be more heroes that I didn't notice though.
Don't suppose these changes would be entirely intentional, but then how the hell does that happen?

It's ok he'll draw all our waifus and husbandos in time
TA gets no fucking love
who?
Exactly!
Did huskar really need the large nerf to his magic resistance?
the nerf probably didn't need to be quite so big, since he's pretty awful now, but he certainly needed one. personally I'd like huskar to be reworked altogether, but nerfing him to hell is the next-best thing

How can I farm worth shit then? I'm 3190, and feel like I am nearly where I belong (I am still holding a positive winrate in the past month, so maybe 3.3k is where I belong or something). I honestly feel like a shit player outside of the laning stage, no joke, I'm quite honest with myself.

To add to my previous post, when I stack with my 4.4k buddy, and thus get matched with players several hundred mmr above me, I don't find them any more intimidating than low 3ks, so idk I am confused.

it's a skill you kind of have to get conditioned to. Beyond avoiding missing as much cs as possible in the lane you want to make your rotations as a carry much much more effective (carrying TPs so you don't have to walk over there and skip cs, only tping when the fight is imminent, or taking jungle camps as you roam across the map). You also need to recognise opportunities to farm or where it would be too dangerous to farm a certain area of the map which requires game sense
Did huskar really need the large nerf to his magic resistance?
No. They totally dumpstered the hero. His magic resistance maxes out at only that of AM's passive, and that's only when he has 10% HP. I've seen Lion and Necrophos KO him when he has low HP, it's really sad.
the nerf probably didn't need to be quite so big, since he's pretty awful now, but he certainly needed one. personally I'd like huskar to be reworked altogether, but nerfing him to hell is the next-best thing
I don't really see what was so strong about him.
You probably didn't see anyone use him properly, because he was very strong. The problem is they went totally overboard and nerfed him twice in a row, the second one being twofold:

6.86
Berserker's Blood
Bonuses are now provided linearly from full 100% to 10% health, instead of stepwise with every 7% health missing.
Reduced max magic resistance bonus from 42%/56%/70%/84% to 20%/30%/40%/50%.
6.85
Berserker's Blood
magic resistance bonus per stack from 4%/5%/6%/7% to 3%/4%/5%/6%.

6.84 Huskar
14 stacks used to give 98% extra resistance, coupled with his innate 25% he had 98.5% magic resistance meaning he took only 1.5% magic damage
6.85 Huskar
14 stacks nows gives him 84% extra resistance, coupled with his innate 25% he has 88% magic resistance meaning he now takes 12% magic damage
This means 6.85 Huskar at maximum magic resistance takes 8x more magic damage than that of 6.84 Huskar.
A 200 magic damage nuke that used to do 3 damage now does 24 damage. This really only affects low hp armlet toggling, but since that aspect of Huskar is quite key to his playstyle I feel it's quite a significant nerf.
tl;dr 6.85 was nerf enough, 6.86 destroyed the hero.
Huskar was already mediocre at best, out of all the heroes I would consider for a nerf Huskar would've been near the very bottom of the list.
Obviously they nerfed Huskar so they could sell more Zeus arcanas.
I don't really see what was so strong about him.
Huskar has always been a lot like Broodmother and Meepo in the sense that they're quite weak heroes in the presence of counters, but incredibly powerful otherwise. huskar was particularly scary in 6.84 and 6.85 because a lot of the popular core heroes of those patches were magic-damage oriented, and he also worked well with many of the popular supports at the time (mainly dazzle, but also other healers like undying and winter wyvern)
Also there are more pure nukes in the game than ever which are hard counters to Huskar's low HP armlet toggling.
Here are some weird ideas.
Have Berserker's Blood Damage reduction apply to all sorts of damage.
Maybe reduce the max reduction amount a bit.
Add an additional feature to his aghanim's scepter which increases the amount of damage reduction from berserker's blood.
Alternately, add back the bonus damage from berserker's blood.
