I skipped the attack speed spell (2nd skill), NOT the damage boosting passive (3rd skill).
rly need to stress the boots thing again dude. not building them into anything and just going into big items is dumb. you're playing a lot of heroes where treads or phase can really help you.

When attacking with overpower you'll (likely) be attacking faster than the counterhelix cd... So he'll actually spin less than if you attack once at a time
The myriad upgrades to brown boots are some of the most efficient ways to spend gold in the game. You should upgrade them, dude.

Power Treads actually would be almost viable to stack for extra stats and attack speed, but oddly the attack speed from multiple treads doesn't stack. But that still goes to show how they actually are a good investment.

There are smurfs and accounts with 2 games played in like every match I play
I have almost 3900 hours in dota and I am not happy that I get matched with people who are able to troll/throw the game with no fear of punishment, because they just can make a new account at any time and potentially get matched with me later.

i remember back in hon, stacking the power tread equivalent on the riki equivalent was a completely legit strategy for stomping quickly

But ASIC, item choices are the least of your worries. You need to work on your fundamentals before contemplating whether to go Treads or Phase or whatever. Stuff like watching the minimap regularly and learning to last hit without thinking about it (so you can spend your brainpower on stuff like item builds and rotations) are more important than all these tinier details like the delay of Kunkka's torrent being exactly 2 seconds including cast animation or Disruptor's lvl 3 Aghs ulti dealing exactly 1512 magical damage over its entire duration or whatever.

I think you would actually have to be trying to do this on purpose.
If every one in the match is that terrible, then one of the players is probably going to get fed and stomp over the other team and in the process get a higher GPM.
