What could I have done better in this match as arc warden?: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2294111365
Hope the Enchantress and Dragon Knight don't die as much?
you should definitely get BKB in that game
I kind of feel better after playing this match: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2294253184
It basically consisted of everyone on my team prolonging the match way more than it should, and me farming up a divine rapier.
Because of a poor decision I promptly fed the rapier while I was trying to get kills before the game ended.
Not exactly a fun match, but it was pretty relieving.
the items and skillbuild on skywrath are pretty great
Playing treant and rushing aghs is really one of my favorite strats in Dota. Feels bad though when i take all the enemy farm and pretty much are stronger than most of the cores on both teams, but its not enough to win the game.
I usually go boots - Aghs - Octarine - Refresher - Travels - Situational items. Any suggestions? I know it's probably not the most optimal way to play treant, but how would i go to improve this?
Try going blink dagger to set up those sick roots.
this thread in general is pretty cancerous because of a few people to be fair.
how so
u keep baffling me with the fact that u keep somehow ending a 50min game with like one core item and a rapier
If it makes you feel better here is a 50 minute game I just played as medusa mid: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2294573625
I was Six slotted and had also bought and ate a moon shard.
I fed the rapier to batrider about a minute before I won.
literally just get better, arc warden is one of those heroes that can straight up solo win low tier games because of nobody punishes shit and keeps track of item timings to punish, spend less time asking us about your item choices because honestly they literally don't matter at your bracket and focus on improving your basic mechanics
I wasn't really asking about items in specific, it was more of a general question really.
Would my items in that Arc Warden game have been sufficient to try and back door towers?
Does a Dominated lane creep disable Back door protection?

Dominated lane creeps no longer disable backdoor, and I'd guess those items wouldn't be enough to get through backdoor regen on T3s. Could be wrong on the latter though

I had the rapier that Cm was holding until I got fountain dived..
I forgot about testing stuff in lobbys, I will do that later.
when your nyx buys two divine rapiers says "this is how we win" and proceeds to feed them to the enemy legion commander.

Why is the best Mirana set the cheapest Mirana set?
So i started practicing hero's specifically and i have some questions.
As an example, when i play jugg i usually put one point in each and level stats until i maxed out my ultimate. This, ofcourse, doesn't apply whe we have a heavy spell caster or a harry dotter on the enemy team like invoker or venomancer.
My question is, is this viable? I normally start stomping really hard once i get to level 16 and get some stats items for that extra agility, trying to change the way the game is going and farming aggressively but i can't help but notice, i never see any pro players do that. They usually never put points in stats untill everything is maxed. Is that just personal preference or am i being silly right now?

I don't know about Healing Ward, but I think you should always max out blade fury and Blade dance.
The Cooldown reduction and the lowering of the mana cost on blade fury is good, and Juggernauts crit is the best non ultimate crit.
Keep in mind that you may want to get 1 or 2 levels of stats so you have enough mana to use blade fury and omnislash.

Either way they both looked like potential lawsuits if they were added.

That's an old school build your doing. It works, but it isn't as efficient anymore. You should at least max q by 7, it's too good now and cheap. Clears waves quickly to let you jungle more. Also makes you stronger in lane.
Maxing healing ward and crit after, you can do either and it works. If you are exclusively farming, you can just go stats only at this point too, it's pretty flexible.
I prefer the arteezy build where you max ward 2nd and don't get stats until 15.

Power treads or wand or bracer
Blink is super good wtf
But if you buy 2250 blink and omnislash a support, can't they buy a 1500 ghost scepter and make your ult useless?
But if you buy 2250 blink and omnislash a support, can't they buy a 1500 ghost scepter and make your ult useless?
It's not necessarily only for your ult, though. Blink is just all around a great item for Juggernaut considering how you can delete anyone since you crit like three times a second. 1.5 BAT is some crazy shit.
Having tried the blink on jugg myself I find what Clovis said to be true: trying to walk into the enemy to do anything is horrible. It just feels wrong after getting used to the blink. Blink is also a crazy good item on Ember, being able to get into a good spot to chain people or just get away from a bad situation even if you're silenced or you've used up your remnants or some other crazy shit.
Blink's just a good fucking item.
Blink offers great utility. You can aim other targets instead of the ghost sceptered support with your ulti.

there's more to jugg than omnislash

diffusal blade

it can even be used during omni
I can't believe that I won this match: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2296419965
I had incredibly bad internet most of the match. I was under level 5 till past 14 minutes. I didn't even have a Vanguard till around 14 minutes.
Alchemist was getting free farm for a pretty long time (as you can see he didn't do shit with it).
There was a Guy with 1200 wins on the other team, and guys with less than 100 games played on both teams
