How good is Aghanim's Scepter on Tusk?
I don't really see the point of it, as it does barely any damage, and most of the time Force Staff would be better.
The only time I saw it used was when a Tusk used it to kick my BKB'd arc warden clone out of magnetic field.
it's not particularly strong but it's situationally useful. the main advantage of it over force staff is that it pierces BKB, so it could be a good item if they have like a Lifestealer who keeps killing you during Rage. i guess it would work well with dream coil/rupture/etc but that seems more cheesy than actually good
