The games with US East natives are great. The best games I had is when we have 2-5 people talking on the mic and coordinating.
I feel like its a penalty to the team when we have 2-3 people cooperating just fine and yet the 1 or 2 Peruvians/Chileans are off farming and are out of flow with the team. I don't feel like its a fun time sitting there watching our south American carry farming alone and gets ganked even when we ping and alert them.
It feels like we don't even have a teammate at all. And he probably doesn't enjoy it either.

I know English as well as German. But the main difference here is i'm not queuing in Peru/Brazil/Chile servers when I know the majority of the spoken language there is Spanish and Portuguese. I'm queuing on US East when the language majority is English. I expect to speak English on US East and when Spanish is in the chat i'm lost and cant contribute. I have no way to communicate to these guys. And on top of that it gets tiresome when its starting to grow to about 50% of my games this is the situation.

I've played a lot of games on US East, and there have been a lot of raging assholes, who usually have no clue what they're doing. A lot of them might've been Peruvian or whatever, but I know for a FACT that a very large number of them have been American residents and some even European. They've all mostly talked English in a way that's understandable at least.
I've played even more games on the various European servers and come across Russians, Romanians, Polish and even Chinese people. Some of them didn't say a single word in English. Some of them were raging lunatics who weren't, frankly, any good at the game. But a lot of them have been just fine, even without much communication; often times none.
And that's just how it is. If you can't group up with friends all the time, you'll drop into bad games filled with assholes, some of them might not speak English. It can happen more often than not for some, it just happens.
Whatever the case, region locking or imposing ridiculous rules on certain nationalities is goddamn dumb. I know a lot of Americans, and if I couldn't play Dota 2 with them that'd suck major balls.
I also feel like there might be some personal prejudice going on, but maybe you just came out of a bad match and were understandably aggravated. It happens, blah blah etc. etc. Just try not to generalize other nationalities or even races to the point you did, because at that point you're just "one of those US assholes" that other people rage at.

Valve needs to implement not a region lock but prioritize language deeper by giving "Only play vs English speaking players and no one else" or "match me with other Spanish speaking players and no one else". If this makes queues longer than so be it.

Nah. All that Valve needs to do is fix that language filter, if you select SPANISH, you only get matched with teammates that selected spanish, if you select PORTUGUESE, you only get matched with teammates that selected portuguese, if you select ENGLISH, you only get matched with teammates that selected english (or at least, in theory). This would reduce the number of discrepancies by a lot, Dota is unplayable for me when it's 1am to 11am, at this time in particular, I get 9 spanish speaking people on the game, all the time, despite selecting portuguese as my language, if the language option actually worked, this wouldn't happen. Sure, in US servers case, some spanish speaking countries would still select only "English", but I'm pretty sure most of them select "Spanish" and get matched with people did not select spanish. Why? To speed up the queue? I'd rather wait for more 20 minutes than have a horrible 30-min loss because none of my teammates speak the language I put.
The language queue doesn't even work at all. Most of the time my teammates don't even speak portuguese, no matter the time I choose to play, but still, not playing from 1am to 11am I have a slight change of getting teammates that speak portuguese, if I don't, I try to communicate and get greeted by the great and wise words of "que asco brasilenos en mi juego, brasileno boludo manco 7-1 jajaja".
All of this got worse because of source 2. Apart from the horrible UI, the shitty performance I get when comparing to source 1 (worse FPS, loading takes at least double the time it used to) and the complete destruction of the "safety" the language filter used to give. In Source 1, at least I had a change to play at the night and get people speaking portuguese. You'd think Valve would at least have fixed something by now, but nay, they didn't.

I don't think you understand what I'm asking. I'm asking for heroes to play solo in a lane/jungle. So a mid, offlaner, or jungler. Something to play without having to rely on people. Bonus points if they are super easy.

Axe and legion also work, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Mid well, any traditional mids work really, but you will have a bad time if the enemy team actually helps their mid and your team doesn't.
Death prophet is a strong mid this patch, her ult wrecks towers and heroes as always, and siphon will fuck shit up.
