I play at 90FPS at max settings with 25 ping

This is not the first time I hear that. It is, however, the first time I hear it from an African.
As far as internet goes, though, it's so horrendously slow and expensive you can otherwise consider it non existent outside of web browsing. The fastest possible consumer Internet speed last time I checked was 24Mbps, while the average person would own a 1-2 Mbps connection. Not to mention non of the ISPs provide true unlimited download limits, The maximum usage limit is something like 60 GBs, but it's labelled as "unlimited".
Is Arcane Rune considerably rarer than other runes? I swear that I see an average of 1 to 3 arcane runes on an entire ~45 min game, while others I see a lot more often[sp]especially that damned useless illusion rune[/sp].

Sometimes it feels like that but other times I get a bunch in the same game. It probably happens with other runes too but you just don't notice it.

Illusion runes are by far the worst so you will always remember and be mad about it, but it is certainly the least common rune for me lately.

I think Illusion runes are actually very underrated. While it's not as good as DD, it still helps a lot with last hitting and harassing, the illusions can be used for vision (which is one of the most valuable things in the game) and with proper microing you can even bait enemies to waste strong spells with long cooldowns.
It pains me greatly whenever people use an illusion rune and literally just leave the two illusions stand at their spawn location, people like these shouldn't ever take runes if they're just gonna not make use of them.
Illusion runes importance is directly correlated to the hero you're playing. I for one love the chance at one when playing CK or even AM.
If anything you could always scout or push with them.

I always use them to last hit regardless of hero, it gives you a huge advantage early on.

Is the only way to equip the killstreak banners the equip screen when you are already in game? Can't do it from armory (just let's me add it shuffle) and global items shows no category for them for them

illusions are also godlike for contesting runes early. send one to each rune spot 15sec before the rune spawn and kill whichever one the enemy goes for
Illusions are good, but I'd definitely prefer any other rune over it overall. Of course, as an example, invis runes can be entirely useless for a mid laner at times, but overall an invis rune can be very handy.
Illusions are funny and good for many weird things, but in terms of overall usefulness I'd still prefer some other rune in the vast amount of scenarios.
Whenever I'm mid and I get an invis rune I just see a free kill because its so good for ganking, it doesnt matter if your hero is even good at ganks if you can just pop up next to someone. Illu is really good for scouting the enemy junbgle or giving yourself highground vision on the enemy midlaner, I die a bit inside when people just attack move them down a lane
Each rune is better in different situations. Bounties are good when you're just farming or you need a small gold boost, but are otherwise the worst kind of rune.
Unless you're badly hurt, got a bottle or low on mana a regen rune is pretty useless
And so on and so on for each rune

I don't understand why people are so suddenly obsessive over winning and losing mid. What does it even mean to "lose mid" what qualifies as you losing it? I had a guy just tell the team to report me because i "lost mid". What? Did all the endless harassment for invoker not matter the second I died to him once? There was also a guy who was bragging that he won mid down to when their ancient was being trashed. What the fuck even is this game.

Unless you have a 144hz monitor you're not gonna notice those extra frames anyway.
Not sure it's shadowplay locking your frame rate, you probably have vsynch on.
