I don't think there's much core heroes can do without time, items, and the neccessary space to do their thing.

Feels like replays take ages to process, there was an ember ganking solo heroes nonstop, he was able to predict where they were every single time, even when they were in the fucking jungle and they had no wards.

I don't get why people flock to PA, she's garbage. Three ranked games today, and all of them had safelaners considering PA, and what annoys me the most is that instead of going fighting build they get a freaking battlefury.

And speaking about PA, something that makes really damn salty is atos giving accuracy, I wish that change was made in late 2014, when she was running rampart in pubs due to chrono, duel and doom no longer dissabling her evasion.
Ya I never got why people put the sentry there, same with the rune spot. There's multiple ward spots so you dont want to put the sentry right on top, putting it near the cross section of that dark path would be the best place for it and in the river/on uphill terrain for the runes depending on teams etc
If ur absolutely sure the ward is on the hill it let's u save time/gold by giving you that small sentry vision

About wards, I can't figure a good spot that can cover top rune and give decent vision of radiant mid lane, I warded on highground and my mid bitched, Placing it on the stairs of ancients seems better but I'm unsure.

It's a combination of this, and being used to EVERYONE warding the hill
I really want to start playing dota2 again!!
Every time I bring myself to start downloading it I just get reminded of the 3-pick carry teams, the childish behavior, and the hassle of playing games where my team has lost and it takes the other team 10mins+ to break through to the ancient and destory it.
Is reborn worth checking out?
Are there any good custom games? (I havent played either overthrow / haunted colosseum)
I want to get back into it but my old memories just always seem to discourage me too much :(

Treads, Aquila, OoV, SnY, then BKB if you need it, then go Basher into luxury and/or situational items.

Helm of the dominator and basher basically, followed by a bkb if needed.
If anything you gotta fight ASAP as her and get ahead, afk farming with a bfury is letting the enemy team farm an atos/mkb/SE, plus she's not that great of a hard carry compared to spectre or medusa, who are unstopable once 6 slotted.

Though to be honest Pa's ult feels lackluster lately, it's pretty much a worse version of Sven
Bfury is hilariously overrated with bad players, it doesnt help for fighting. If you fight against good teams they dont group. I noticed in lower skilled games when defending highground especially many bad players lose because 3/4 guys are stacked on top of each other and get taken out by one spell disabling them all. Bfury is amazing on farming carries if they get it early because it helps them farm. It only becomes relavent in a teamfight if you have magnus/enigma/ds to force people together.
bf is good at pushing lanes tho
pushing lanes goes hand in hand with fast farming of creeps since pushing lanes is basically killing creeps
