Same reason the winter map skin is temporary. So you can pay them again at the end of this year.
I want them to host the next tournament in The Netherlands, i can see it already, 90% of the players would be either high or missing v:v:v

Fraps is classic, OBS works fine.
Slark is hugely infuriating but not imbalanced. I'd rather see OD/LD get a nerf. Disabling Rapiers on Arc Warden would also prevent games with that fucker from being such massive borefests.

Shadowplay has worked well for me and you can also use it to stream on Twitch if that's your thing, but it's only for Nvidia GPUs so if you don't have one it won't be available for you.
Shadowplay is also Nvidia only. I don't think there's an AMD variant.
FRAPS is garbo.

only thing I hate about OD is why the fuck did they stack his intel steal with his Q? couple that with say a moon shard and he just tears apart your intel and bombards you in the face unless you have a BKB or some form of magic immunity up all the time.
A lot of people love blending Annoying with OP. Slark is annoying, not OP. Invoker is annoying, not OP. OD I wouldn't call him OP, but he's strong as fuck right now.

You can change it from the settings so that it also records your desktop and any windowed things with it

he got picked 8 times in the entire tournament
