Can we change the OP for the love of god. Still using the same old look

He is actually in the process of redoing it, unlike the last two.
as easy as its always been in previous gamebryo games
I dont know how easy it was with previous games, but does this mean I can make a full custom world? I wouldnt mind taking Fallout 4 and its mechanics and making a Metro 2033 mod.
The vanilla tattoos are totally wank as well, i got genuinely excited to hunt them all down and i was just sooooo disappointed
I'll never understand videogame developers and their obsession with shitty face tattoos. Who wants a fucking eagle on their face? On the back or the shoulder sure, but the face?

The worst part is you can't even find intimidating or crude facial tattoos, the kind of stuff that actually works for the kind of character that would go for facial tattoos, just kinda crap ones.
there is only one that looks remotely like something you could seriously work with, the radiation skull would be a neat touch for raider styled characters. the placement of the eagle tattoo is great but the image itself is horrible, i could draw a better bird in primary school.

I wonder what would happen if you triggered that glitch before the prydwen was there, would you spawn super high up and just fall?

Was that ragdoll just spazzing the fuck out or is it meant to be flailing as it falls?

Looks like a rap cover.

I wonder if there's an exact science to this we haven't figured out yet.
Imagine being able to wrongwarp on command, skipping to various endgame versions of specific loadcells. That would be a speedrunning holy grail.

It seems to be similar to that one skyrim method
1-player.placeatme [npc id] (to spawn the npc)
2-player.tc (remove character control)
3-select the npc and type "tc" to control it
4-have fun
All these years of playing bethbryo games and I had no idea there was a console command to control NPCs. I wonder what his controls are?
All these years of playing bethbryo games and I had no idea there was a console command to control NPCs. I wonder what his controls are?
NPCs which are part of scripted sequences often attack automatically as they acquire targets, or require console commands to perform special functions. That one in particular appears to target and attack by itself, with player input only dictating what attack it will do.

You'll notice it's mostly a thing in games that focus almost all the customization on the face. I'm fairly sure it's a technical thing, they'd need to set up an entirely different system to add tattoos to the body, but for the face it's essentially the same as every other facial detail, so requires very little work to add.
Can anyone help me out please? I just busted my ass killing ghouls and shit to get those sweet blood samples for Scribe Neriah but the X-111 Compound she gave is is totally useless. It removes 60 rads instead of 600, which is what it is *supposedly* meant to remove. Has it always been broken like this?
Also Curie is making an electrical-sparking noise constantly. I can fix it by making her use a workbench but it comes back as soon as I fast travel or load up a save, it's killing me.
Edit: I fixed the curie problem by killing her and blasting her corpse away with a rocket launcher, but the X-111 compound is still a big jar of doo-doo

My problem with it is not that there are face tattoos in general, but that the ones in the game just aren't very good-looking. The eagle on the neck looks particularly naff.
the very least they could do was to allow us to move the tattoos around on the face
Gay friend of mine went on a long rant about how the male romance options are all garbage. He was surprised there are more male than female (4 to 3), but hates all the ones on offer.
Apparently he's just going along with Piper until mods come around to remedy that issue. :v:

Yet he goes with Piper?
Piper's the most awkward of the lot. You can practically hear the spaghetti slither out of her pockets when you successfully flirt with her.

Danse might be racist and a dick to other people sometimes, but he is the best stuck up husbando.

Asked him the same thing, and he basically said "if I can't have what I want, I'll have what's generally considered canon"
Not sure why he doesn't just, y'know, not do any of the romance stuff at all, but hey, none of my business :v:

Now I finally know that I could mod in [sp] a remote controlled mini liberty prime, that throws frag grenades and has a light laser attack [/sp]
Just imagine [sp] a army of small liberty primes with high squeaky voices screaming about liberty [/sp]
Thought I'd share my character for anyone interested.

These guys were fun...
Noticed something in my second playthrough
[sp]If you change your appearance after leaving the vault, and you go to the memory den before doing the quest involving Kellogg you will get to relive the murder of your spouse again. If you look at yourself in the memory you will see the "old" you with the same look you started with. For example I started with long blonde hair, and changed it into a scarlet colored skrillex haircut. And inside the pod was the blonde character I started with.
Pretty cool, I thought.
But then there's the "gj bethesda" part, because when you do the mission where you explore Kelloggs mind, the old you has the same appearance that you currently have. God damnit bethesda.[/sp]

Really? I had [sp]both appearances be the old appearance in my playthrough doing that, though I went with surgery to add a scar rather than just change hair[/sp]
