Wait, how does it fuck your game? Because I've done this a few times.
Would anyone here recommend The New Vegas Reborn Project over like Project Nevada? Thinking of playing New Vegas again.
I laffed heartily, while sitting alone, when i heard Travis report on the Cambridge Police Station

"WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE
HOH-oh-oh"[/sp]

what about noclip? I had to use it once because a button wasn't working to open a door.
I know I've mentioned this once every few days, but again, sorry about the slow work on the OP. I'll pastebin it when it's done so the next thread can be kicked off with a kick-ass OP. And, as is seemingly tradition, here's an update on that Fallout 4 ranger gear;

Once the GECK comes out, the artist is looking to implement it with full cloth physics. Until then we just have to wait in anticipation. I'd also like to add that the helmet seems to have been adjusted to have less of a long 'derp face.'
Is there any way to make Boston Airport's workshop build things like food, settlement beacon, scavenging table, etc?
Kind of a shame traits didn't make it into FO4. They could've been added to the form at the start of the game as "occupations and interests", letting you pick two just like before.
Mechanic - You're a real gear head! Building or repairing anything costs less material.
Collector - If it's one of a kind, you have to have it! You gain EXP whenever you find a unique item.
Public Speaker - You love it when people see things your way! Everyone is easier to persuade.
Athlete - A fit body is a happy body! You walk and sprint faster, and sprinting is a lot less tiring.
Gun Club Member - Control and technique are key! All guns have less recoil and scope sway.
Mean Drunk - Are you sure you want to admit to this? Alcohol increases melee and unarmed damage by 50%
Secret Agent - Don't worry, this form is confidential! Wearing the same kind of clothes as your enemy may fool them.
EOD Expert - You know bombs like the back of your hand! You take less explosion damage, and have more time to disarm explosives.
Paramedic - You work well in a crisis! You can heal allies in trouble without using a stimpak.
Holo Gamer - You like to waste time! Your INT and LCK temporarily increase after playing a holotape game.
Etc.

Pretty sure the artist registered on FP and has regularly been posting his progress on it.

Traits always had a drawback though.
The point of traits is that they have a negative attached to them as well. All of those could have been perks.
E: Ninja'd. Fuck.

edit: oh fuck you guys
Yeah they were, but it's much harder to specialize in FO4's early game. Positive-only "traits" would help with that, I think.
Again, you'd be selecting two of the above (and more) as your job or hobby on the Vault-Tec form. Things you like or are good at, rather than personal quirks.

Grand Visionary Mechanic - Thinking big! The cost of creating settlement items is halved, but the cost of weapon modifications is doubled.
Crazed Collector - I must have it! You gain EXP when you find a unique item, and they are more common, but you cannot sell them, drop them, or give them to anyone else.
Professional Negotiator - Spoken like a CEO! Speech checks regarding diplomacy are easier, but speech checks regarding intimidation or romance are harder.
Sprinter - Finely-tuned muscles! Your sprint speed is much faster, but you are tired much more quickly.
Trigger Discipline - Aim twice, shoot once! You fire 20% slower, but feel 50% less recoil.
Mean Drunk - Hold your liquor! Alcohol makes you do 50% more melee and unarmed damage, and you do not feel the effects of addiction while it is active. However, it is twice as easy to get addicted, and the penalties for addiction are much more severe.
Secret Agent - Licence to kill! Dressing as the enemy may fool them, but doing so will void any protection your armour gives you if your cover is blown.
EOD Expert - Out with the bang! You now have more time to disarm professional-grade explosives (frag mine, cryo mine, etc) as well as take less damage from them (frag grenades etc), but will have less time to disarm amateur explosives (bottlecap mine, nuka mine) as well as take additional damage from them (molotovs, etc)
Quick Response - Patch them up! Allies will now be able to be healed without a stimpak, but will go down more easily.
Holo Gamer - Staring at screens! Your INT and LCK will increase considerably after playing a holotape game, but you will no longer be able to wait while on chairs.
This is more what I imagined a trait system would be.
Maybe it is just the scrub in me talking. But most of those downsides don't make the upsides seem worth it.

Switch settlement items for weapon mods and I'd definitely use Grand Visionary Mechanic.

Oh fuck off Fallout 4. Doing a low intelligence build with idiot savant and suddenly I'm conspicuously stuck with a +2 intelligence and no associated active effect.
Why can't that sort of shit happen with my high intelligence character :why:
Bloody mess is my favorite trait from the OG games because the upside was also the downside. It's just a visual effect, no gameplay effect at all.

this is gonna sound kinky but

What mod is that window from?
Probably SSEX?

Ohohohoh, good luck taking on Forged guys with that. Homing molotovs.
Y'know when you smack a mosquito on your arm and the blood it was carrying gets all over your arm

that's exactly what this is but 10 times worse
this is gonna sound kinky but

I've checked everything, it's hard-set. Nothing to do with clothing or equipment. Seems to be -1 charisma and -1 strength and + 2 intelelgence. It's like a bunch of drug effects and addictions melded together and then went off the radar

I like how the 2nd Raider just accepts his fate and is slightly irritated.
If anything Fallout 4 did better, it's the fact NPCs feel more alive.
[sp]except garvey[/sp]
If anything Fallout 4 did better, it's the fact NPCs feel more alive.
Way more responsive to their own mortality, especially the raiders after I shoot them in the head, they cry about it, they run away..then turn around and try to fight back....
Fuck raiders, they and super mutants make getting around Boston a chore, I have 541 reasons for them to shut up loaded int o my gun
at least It's a Man has some swing to it.
Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On is probably the worst for me. Some unintelligible lyrics about finding ding dongs or w/e
Bingo bongo has been the most common one for me, kind of gets old but its not as bad as Johnny guitar
[editline]22nd December 2015[/editline]
It's pretty much impossible to do a low intelligence build, you need hacking, you just need hacking and that's at least 3, but at low interest, you have a near impossible time hacking the passwords
Plus there isn't any benefit, idiot savant's tick rate doesn't seem too affected by higher int from the guides I've read
So I noticed some people on Tumblr were bothered by the use of "SS" as an acronym for the Sole Survivor because that commonly refers to the Schutzstaffel. It weirds me out too, but not to the point of being absolutely bothered over it.

Aha, found it
Probably SSEX?
I think it's Alternate Settlements.
Is anyone else experiencing a really irritating bug where you clear out all of the enemies from a locked settlement site, but it refuses to let you unlock it because there are still enemies present somehow, and it's not [CLEARED] on the map?
This has happened twice now. First at that one lighthouse full of atom worshipers, then again with Jamaca Plain.
