Goddamn ceramic is rare as shit, at this rate I'm never upgrading my x-01 to mk VI. [editline]24th December 2015[/editline] Also, how do you even progress in the minutemen questline? All I get are radiant missions.

So I'm doing the Minutemen ending and Desdemona [sp]asked me to help them instead, basically saying "BUT THE SYNTHS!!!" I mean I support the Railroad and the Synths, but there ARE other things to care about than goddamn androids. She reckons the Minutemen would try and Mutiny if I ordered 'em to save the synths. I think that's a load of bollocks. The Minutemen JUST came back from the dead, none of the troopers are gonna be thick enough to jeapordize them again so soon.[/sp]

I feel like there needed to be a "ultimate charisma check" for whatever faction you pick like with the BOS to convince Maxson [sp]to just burn the synths and scavenge everything else from the facility like the reactor (which was pre-war if I remember right) or the weapons tech to further the BOS goal to collect technology to prevent a second nuking.[/sp] or better yet convince a bunch of the BOS members to form a second group of Outcasts led by you and take over the Institute.
But that would involve making multiple endings besides [sp]blowing up the institute sky high[/sp] We can't have that.
Assassins aluminum rolling pin with spikes.... What the fuck did I just find??
Rewatching "The Making of Fallout 3" again, just seeing now the connection; apperantly it was already considered back then to have V.A.T.S. show down time instead of completely pausing it, but eventually decided to just have it pause time completely because they thought it would be a bit clunky, and would remove the "tacticalness" of choosing your shots at your own pace. I get why they made it slow motion again in Fallout 4 like they initially wanted in Fallout 3, for balancing reasons, but to be very honest I'm not a big fan of the change. Mainly because it's with the mouse very clunky (like they initially thought) to select a part because it doesn't always want to "register" the part you're trying to hoover over and select it, not to mention that positions can go in two seconds from 85% chance to 14% or something, making me mainly prefer the manually shooting over V.A.T.S. and I don't think that's what they intended to change. To me it's overall just a lot less useful and enjoyable than that it was in the previous two games.
Well I don't really see an issue with it honestly, VATS usually is a situational thing, I use it whenever I'm "swarmed" by too many enemies on screen to deal with effectively outside of VATS. Usually groups of ghouls or raiders, and in confined spaces.

Though it's possible it was the potato resolution I was playing in making VATS almost unusable for some enemies.
You can make concessions to have the minutemen coexist with all the factions (except the Institute).
Really? Because the minutemen coexisting with the brotherhood is more of a stretch at least with the institute they don't really pose a threat to them, but the brotherhood will not tolerate a bunch of yanks with howitzers trained on their position, they both are fighting for control of the Commonwealth and they rarely should see eye to eye Where as the institute may have a hateboner for organizations in the Commonwealth, I think you can rightly argue that a lack of power structure is more detrimental to them long term than a local force, the minutemen existed for decades with the institute, they aren't really there to thwart the institute, they're more interested in stopping mutants, monsters, and raiders

I think if it was 50% the seed it is now it wouldn't be such a problem. With bloodbugs in general I generally just go the route of using grenades or a missile launcher, it cripples the shit out of them.
finally got around to finding a way to make the PC have a gunner tattoo on their forehead, albeit in a limited way. if anyone gives a shit and has tactic00l ambitions for their character send a PM that and if someone wants to have their character look like a generic NPC
Oh good, someone made a mod that makes headlamps not disappear after 2 feet.
Why would you need to do that? You're over-complicating things for no reason, there is literally no reason to go hunt down the provisioners, every settlement only needs to be connected once.
what if he accidentally sets the provisioner to farm some shit later on wouldnt that disconnect the line then
Penetrator is a pretty awesome perk (wish it worked outside of VATS though) [vid]http://i.imgur.com/TlRXcx3.webm[/vid]

The only thing that makes VATS useful is MacCready's perk. If its a helpful glitch, its not a glitch, its a feature.
Start reloading, activate VATS, listen, get out of VATS, shoot, start reloading, activate VATS, repeat. [editline]24th December 2015[/editline] Or just look at your ammo count.

Brightest up close and slowly fading away as the distance it shines on increases. I've seen literally no one who's been able to believably replicate that in games and it's annoying me to no end. Does every developer have this weird idea that flashlight illuminates everything evenly no matter the distance up to some barrier where it suddenly vanishes and is never seen again?
Neat things found on Reddit, some slight New Vegas references. [t]https://i.imgur.com/f2WEGYE.jpg[/t][t]https://i.imgur.com/WQ6SIN5.png[/t][t]https://i.imgur.com/eMGs0va.jpg[/t]
1. This mention can be found by bringing Deacon to Covenant where he will mention Robert House in an attempt to hack the robot. 2. While playing the pip-boy game Atomic Command a sign saying New Vegas is shown. 3. This terminal in the Med-Tek Research Facility mentions Fixer, which only appeared in New Vegas. In Fallout 4 Addictol replaced it.
I'd mention the stuff about Cabot House, but I'm sure people already know those references already.
-joke worn its welcome-
So Bethesda knows that New Vegas was made? Amazing.
that joke's worn its welcome, I think
