which settlement is the best for building on water?
On water? I'd say Murkwater Construction Site south of Quincy. It's a swamp with a Mirelurk queen in it. Kill that bitch and it's yours.
The first game I've played in the classic series is Fallout 2 and I can't get into Fallout 1 at all because it feels aged despite two games being similar It's not like I can't get into old games but the gameplay in FO1 doesn't feel right having played FO2 first (FO2 is great I've probably got like ~100 hours into it) Maybe I'll give FO1 a try again
You know what's funny? I had exactly this experience with 3 and New Vegas. I played NV first and really enjoyed it, then for completion's sake I tried 3 later on, and its systems just felt all kinds of clunky by comparison even though the changes were relatively minor.
I also had my own thoughts as to how the Brootherhood acquired new T-60 armor. First off, they just took down the East Coast Enclave, taking anything they used as spoils of war, but keeping with their image they don't wish to use Enclave exclusive technology seeing it as a perversion of technology, instead favoring plans for the Pre-war T-60 which they must have found schematics for in the Citidel. Comparatively, the T-60 would be easier to produce than MKII A.P.A. , and with the production ability to create new suits from Enclave industrial machining, and the raw materials after the destruction of the mobile crawler, they most likely had enough to produce a good number of suits alongside with the Prydwen's construction.

What happened to the FO4 nexus? The "most endorsed recently added files" section is just nude mods now, like literally 20 out of 25 mods on the first page are all adult classified?
What happened to the FO4 nexus? The "most endorsed recently added files" section is just nude mods now, like literally 20 out of 25 mods on the first page are all adult classified?
I think either it's a big coincidence, or there is an organized group of nude mod makers that just opened the floodgates recently.
Because creeps want to look at naked women in a video game. Just because you think I'm dumb doesn't mean I'm not right here.
Like I said before, some people just can't enjoy something unless it arouses them. I'm willing to bet there were people who preordered the game on PC but waited until these things came out to play it. You know there were.

It feels like some sort of raid happened or something, people thinking it would be funny if all the porn mods got front page.
What sucks is that to even get a better female body texture. Your only choice is a nude one unless you can find a mod that offers a not nude option.
Also there's still breast augmentation according to the nude mods. Doc Crocker's been working hard I see.
To be honest it makes a little bit more sense for the remnants of the US government and military to be in the former capital than on the opposite coast.
Not at all. Their main base was the Oil Rig because it is literally the last functional oil rig in existence, and if I remember right the oil deposit they were sitting on was the last one of any significant size left on the planet, at least to their knowledge. With the oil crisis being what sparked the great war in the first place, it makes perfect sense that's what they'd focus on.
What sucks is that to even get a better female body texture. Your only choice is a nude one unless you can find a mod that offers a not nude option.
I don't mind nude body replacers because that's pretty much what id expect to find if i stole someone's clothes, but i hate the fact they are all stupid lore-unfriendly, pristinely washed and totally shaven pornstar bodies with massive gravity defying tits or 14 inch erect shlongs that pop out at you as you loot people like the snakes in a can of fucking joke peanuts. I think there was literally only one body mod for skyrim that actually tried to include blemishes and grime in-keeping with the medieval fantasy setting, and that was only for women. a vast majority the male body replacers made every man in the game into a massive beefcake no matter their slider positions, so installing it made everyone in skyrim, including emaciated beggers and withered old wizards, Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiped, like how do you think that's a good idea? .
The only thing I ever thought about doing when it comes down to perversion mods, was "capturing" non-humans followers while raiding farms and shit, then forcing them "naked" (just default non-nude) in a tied-down position in the basement of some Orc stronghold (I had one) and.. well, have them simply dismissed there. (Marked as non-essential and so on, which was easy to do with one mod, in-game just talking to them and entering the NPC's/Follower's settings.) And that's about as far as I would go, just having prisoners to execute lol. (practically my own followers) I could have easily done it, it's just my HC Orc gang never progressed that far.

When they did regroup, they had the Oil Rig, Navarro as an inland vertibird refuel station, and many more inland outposts, for example in Chicago and Raven Rock, D.C. They may even have outposts as far north and south as Canada and Mexico respectively, considering America annexed Canada, and had US forces in Mexico to protect oil interests from Chinese saboteurs.
Having Remnants pop up ingame ala New Vegas is never too much to ask for. I bet they're saving them for a DLC, I mean not having a single reference to the Enclave aside from a model of Power Armor is kind of weird.
An expansion set in the ruins of Manhattan would be pretty neat.
An expansion set in the ruins of Manhattan would be pretty neat.
It's probably a big ass crater with the Hudson flowing into it. But still, even to go to New York State would be amazing.
I'd welcome just about any new overarching big bad faction like the Enclave. Just anything to add some extra flavor to the series other than "the world is over and it's terrible".
I really want to see a Canadian Empire with radhorse mounties and cool snow-trooper power armor.
Also why does Bethesda miss chances to explain the backstory of foreigners? I mean come on, the Bobrov's are Russians for fucks sake. Let me ask them about their funny accent. [editline]29th December 2015[/editline]
I really want to see a Canadian Empire with radhorse mounties and cool snow-trooper power armor.
The Maple Leaf Brotherhood.
I thought they were Azerbaijan or something
That's a weird leap.
That's a weird leap.
somewhere in that area of ex-ussr countries
It's probably a big ass crater with the Hudson flowing into it. But still, even to go to New York State would be amazing.
Unless they happened to have a mysterious protector figure ala House. That'd be an interesting premise actually. From a distance it looks like a giant crater of death, but it's actually a customized stealth field draped over the whole city making it LOOK like a total loss, and everything appears normal from inside the city. Actually, a vast majority of it appears to be untouched, with the buildings, the cars, even the people looking almost pre-war. It's like a living time capsule, with an intimidatingly huge fleet of robots maintaining order and keeping everything spotless. Oh, and it's also a crushingly oppressive dictatorship run by an AI. Have fun, because now that you know it exists, you're trapped with nothing but the clothes on your back, and have to play along until you either side with the growing rebellion and help to free the people (and possibly doom the city itself), or side with and eventually usurp the AI to preserve the city's eternal beauty as its new leader. [editline]t[/editline] The entire reason you go out there is because of a bizarrely high-strength distress beacon coming from the Manhattan crater, so you and a rescue party in hazmat suits and power armor prepare to extract whoever this must be, before they get halfway in and realize there's no radiation, and everyone but you is suddenly eviscerated by cloaked sentry bots. Being the sole survivor of this massacre, you're taken captive, interrogated, and then integrated after everything of yours is confiscated, leaving you to make do with juryrigged contraband weapons and incredibly advanced salvaged arms from peacekeeping robots as you formulate your escape with the rebellion.
The Cask of Armadillo or something.
That is how I was buried, yes.

aren't nude female mods just texture work?
