Shotguns are all ass if you hip fire them. Level up Rifleman (this counts, yes), fit them with long barrels and shoot using the sights at least, and they get way better.

I woke up only expecting one or two replies as usual but Jesus Christ thanks for all the pictures guys, you're awesome. I'm definitely gonna go for the grimy scarred feel

And I think it's the same bounty board in the Dugout Inn. At least, in my most recent playthrough, both bounties were the same.

Did they ever explain why your weapons don't stay attached to you when you holster them anymore?

Someone should make a mod where everytime you are crippled or set on fire or blown up you get an extra scar.

God dammit. There was a mod that added more signs and flags for the settlement editor and I can't for the life of me find it. I can't remember if it was posted here or not. It included the atom cats flag.
