aren't nude female mods just texture work?
IIRC there's no mesh importing yet for nifskope so yeah, all the nude mods are just re-baked normals and adjustment to vertex positions, I think.
I would've liked to have seen a handful of former Enclave guys hanging out in a small settlement or something, as long as they kept a low profile (power armor & weapons stashed in a hidden basement or something).
Ideally you could even side with them (or the Atom Cats) instead of the main factions since the non-Institute endings all involve [sp] only a handful of guys busting in and and blowing the reactor[/sp].
I'm glad the enclave are "gone" but honestly the nearly complete absence of anything enclave related is weird.
Even the X-01 is not specifically referred to as an enclave armor
My 10mm pistol is the best gun ever.

I swear, the Atom Cats are the best example of unfinished but also uncut content ever. (Next to [sp]basically everything involving the Institute,[/sp] that is.)
Quick question. Where is that cabin with the guy who has all the cats and the cat pictures? I want to buy an Atom Cats jacket. I ran around with one for my first character and it was great.
You'd think the Enclave's rain of terror over the East Coast would at least have caused stories and such, and people from time to time talking about them or something? And apart from the X-01 there are zero Enclave artifacts to be found in the wastes, and none of the X-01 suits have the Enclave logo. It's just so weird considering the pretty big impact they've made.
i mean, weren't they only publicly active for like 2-3 months, canon-wise? I thought they spent all of their time locked up in Raven Rock until the events of F3.
The "new" Enclave, that is. IIRC the original oil-rig Enclave sent scouts and expeditions pretty far across the wasteland, but that was a long time ago even by a real-world scale.

I know. It's wierd, like Bethesda's treating the name Enclave as copyrighted or something. The BoS makes tons of mentions about the Adams AFB battle, but they never mention the name Enclave once.

Don't worry, I made sure to right that wrong manually. Now they all have the proper signage.
snip wrong thread
Mod to make everyone hostile when you wear a suit of X-01 when?
Anyone else find the brotherhood's disgust with old world environmental waste a bit hypocritical? Danse won't shut up at every mass fusion site but aren't they the guys who solve literally every problem with giant death robots and nuclear weapons
This is why I always love to see concept art, but it also makes me at the same time sad. Diamond City was supposed to be much bigger, much more massive and vibrant and alive (Much like New Vegas), but sadly again wasn't possible to recreate it like this due to engine limitations, even Creation Engine 2.0.

So weird seeing actual cows in that bottom picture.

Pretty sure its around the coop with professor goodfeels, suntidings coop or something like that

they still seems to be two-headed

The final product is pretty awesome too, but looking at stuff like this for example, this looks so much better;

well they did manage to pull off 90% of the bottom picture, abbot and the wall, the mayors stage, the cows and the crops

from what I've seen on the nexus some people actually are managing to get custom models into the game
like this or this
[sp]so does this mean we can have the ranger armor in-game yet or[/sp]
I feel bad for the Synths in the Intitute, especially for Gen 2. When I found a guy yelling out a Gen 2 working at the counter for more food favors I felt bad since they're so innocent.
When they're not killing you that is

I don't think the gen 2 synths have feelings. So don't feel to bad.
Gen 1 are nothing but true machines.
Gen 2 are more lifelike but still are just machines.
Gen 3 is when they start to develop feelings.

That second link isn't really a custom model like you mean. It's just a number of existing ingame models put together, with the unnecessary parts of the model hidden using alpha.
I'm pretty sure most of the actual custom models we've got so far are relatively simple, or come from Skyrim.
I wish I could build within Diamond City, nearly half the population sleeps outside near the mayor's stage and I want to give them an actual place to sleep

I wonder what would happen if you spawned a workbench and tried to do this?
If you want the console code, it would be this.
Workshop --- player.placeatme c1aeb
The reason for concept art and the final product being scaled back or different can come down to engine limitations being a big thing, time allocated to each area when it comes to modellers making all the assets and texture artists doing their thing, and / or the concept artists going ham with what they imagined it would look like.
Holy *fuck*
Abernathy Farm has a really, really high maximum build height. Like, for anybody wanting to build Tenpenny Tower 2.0, you can literally build higher than the electrical tower itself (probably like 15 feet higher, to be exact)
Getting A LOT of random CTDs, is that normal or is there something amiss here?
Getting A LOT of random CTDs, is that normal or is there something amiss here?
something clearly amiss
Literally haven't CTD'd this game at all yet.
I'd welcome just about any new overarching big bad faction like the Enclave. Just anything to add some extra flavor to the series other than "the world is over and it's terrible".
Little late, but I think the Brotherhood is on the verge of becoming the overarching big bad faction.
And I am very ok with that.

I'm pretty sure Elder Maxson mentioned the Enclave once when you speak with him.
From the makers of Freezing Shishkebab and Ghoul Slayer Gamma Gun, I present to you
