You're doing it right, but you still have to [sp]save the synths in the basement. And in order to do that you need to kill all BOS or Insitutes people there. At the very least I did. I was friends with all of them too but I think that is one of the cases where they force you into picking a side.[/sp]

I don't like that every quest is "Kill the leader of faction X" or "Kill everyone", when I did the Wild Card path of New Vegas I did it without killing anyone, at least without killing anyone as an objective or who didn't already attack me.

That may be kinda hard with the game being set up to where someone will always get mad at you. The whole story would have to be rewritten. The Railroad and Brotherhood will become your enemy for wanting to use the synths. The Institute will be no more because you control it for the synths,

I think like always the only faction you can keep peaceful is the Minutemen. Because they really have no choice. or possibly you can convince Preston Garvey to disband the Minutemen. This option will keep Preston as a companion under the terms you do not kill any people in settlements and to help settlements that need help.

I actually found the value in FO4Edit, apparently the maximum rad resist is 99%, most likely so that Ghoulish doesn't become useless if you try hard enough with your rad protection.

I got my first "good" Legendary earlier. An Automatic Explosive 10mm Pistol.

My previous Legendary finds are an Instigating Knuckle and, oddly, a Kneecapper Wooden Rolling Pin.

Explosive effect almost makes automatics kinda worth it.

Actually it's already skipped a bunch of steps and went straight for the highly customizable body mod that comes with a native "tits so big they touch the ground" option.

I'm interested to see if they manage to make use the triangular selection for body shape and allow for customization of each extreme instead of an average body that gets morphed around. I used Bodyslide in Skyrim to make women actually beefy and threatening with high weight to match male characters a bit more.

actually explosive effect is really only extremely useful with the shotguns because the explosives stack with the projectiles themselves (each pellet from a shotgun will do 15-30 explosive damage VS every other gun doing 15-30 extra damage)

For normal guns, you might as well go with a 30% DR reduction legendary or a straight up 25% more damage legendary.

autos are partially more useful than normal weapons, but that's because you're slinging lead out like crazy, but you waste more ammo.
