I expected more out of Demigra, but he was a relatively easy fight.

I'm enjoying the game, I know nothing of dragon ball though. I made an error of maxing out that purple horn guy who has the body switch, but I cant use It in quests, which Is a hassle considering all that grind. Also, whats the difference between Vegito and Gogeta? I'm assuming It's just one having more control over the other?

Out of curiosity, is this game worth the current price tag? I'm a longtime fan of DBZ, but I've been burned by DBZ games in the past. Also, how good is the character creator?

The character creator doesn't go into much depth and there isn't a massive choice but it's enough. I got the game for £24 and I am really enjoying it so I definitely got my moneys worth.

It's the first game with a lot of grinding that has actually entertained me. Combat is just so fun I'm unphased by doing side quests on repeat.

Indeed. Not only that but I get super happy when I see "You got Skill", meaning I'll get a new move to try out. And even more when "You got Key Item", because it means I'm one step closer to another wish. Another game in which grinding didn't bother me much is Hyrule Warriors. I thought I'd leave the game on my shelf after a couple of hours but I've already clocked so many hours, it's my most played game on my Wii U. Not even Smash Bros gets that much playtime. And progression is similar since you need to clear maps filled with missions that rock yours socks if you aren't strong enough or have a bit of strategy. And it's always satisfying to take on legions by yourself. But both games have one downside and it's the friendly AI which sucks or gets stomped on very early. I ended up cheesing my way through the missions, like the fight with Beerus and Whis.

For Goku's training or whatever... does it matter which one I use? I did like 3 pq's with 3 different one's plus God and his happiness meter isn't rising.

This game's going to give me a headache. Not being able to make alt characters before finishing the game is stupid, and the AI just loves countering my Skills and Ultimates with guards followed by a throw or some other shit. Just ask Final Form Frieza, who shrugged off my Human's normal attacks at Level 17 and thus forced me to resort to strong attacks and skill abuse - and he promptly ignores my Ultimate even if it damaged him and then throws me anyway.

The only part I had trouble with was the Buu saga. Everything else was pretty easy.

Super Saiyan Bargain Sale is the biggest pile of shite ever.

How do I unlock more clothing options specifically for my race? I'm playing as the Frieza Race and it seems like I've unlocked just about every other clothing option than what's stronger than what I currently have for every other race, but just not mine. I still only have the Elite clothes available in the shop. Story wise I'm currently stuck at fighting Beerus and Whis.

Speaking of clothes, do more clothes only unlock from doing the main quests?

I never watched Dragonball and I don't know shit about it. Will I be able to understand everything? The story and stuff? Because I may just have bought this on impulse after seeing some gameplay.
