Transport hog please. I was disappointed when I called my first scout hog to find out it only had 2 seats. In Halo 3 they just teased us with that one outside the pit that exploded if you got in it..

I'd be cool with that if it was Forge only. A triple kill is as high as you should get when blowing up a vehicle
No, I want a transport hog for use in BTB and Warzone. What use is it otherwise?

Gameplay wise, transport hogs and Pelicans and the like are awful because it means that more than half your team can easily be wiped out in a single explosion, while not adding anything of interest. Mass transportation can be done using multiple vehicles without the drawback of teamwipes that the other ones bring along with them.
Then it's up to the game designers to make a balance of risk and reward. Maybe it's armoured but only the shotgun passenger can fire? Maybe it's the fastest but lightest armoured warthog? Who knows, I'm not a designer. You can't just rule out a vehicle because it's high risk.

1. What would be the point then? A super easy way to get 6 kills? Where would the fun be for the passengers?
2. Oh so even easier to kill then a normal warthog?
3. I can tell
This is also asking why they don't bring back passengers on the scorpion.
If they were to add it in then it should only be allowed in custom games/forge.
What they should do is bring back the Hornet and Falcon.

But you can, because there is no reward that would balance this out. It's literally a killtacular on wheels, even in games with a lot of players there is no reason why they wouldn't just go their own way to get to an objective. You're needlessly limiting yourself in terms of mobility, accuracy and firepower while simultaneously endangering over half your team just for the sake of "it looks cool". In the current Halo formula, these big transport vehicles have no role to fulfil that would make choosing them over the current ones worthwhile to you or your team. If the game had, let's say, 64-person matches, it'd be a different deal, but right now the only place these things would have would be in forge or custom games.

Jesus christ there's no need to be an asshole about it. I was just making a suggestion, no need to take it so seriously.

The desire for something like this is relatively low, so putting in the time balancing it, let alone putting it in multiplayer, doesn't seem worth it to them.
I kinda miss Firefight already.
Except for spawning a mile away from any action whatsoever
And fuck that garage defense. But ya that was actually a really fun gamemode. Can't wait to see the upgrades for the full release.

A good PvE mode was the one thing missing for me. The one thing I did like about Destiny was that I could seamlessly go between playing cooperative and competitive. I really miss that already in Halo.
Plus I wasn't as afraid to waste more valuable REQs like I am in normal Warzone.
The micro transaction thing really doesn't have a place in Halo, in my opinion. "Optional" seems like a silly way to describe it, too. Yeah, you have the option to always lose to the players with the better weapons. It's hard to deny that those players don't have at least somewhat of an unfair advantage.
Is there a matchmaking lobby where REQ packs aren't allowed? It's been a while since I've even poked at the Halo 5 multiplayer.

Arena, REQ in there are just skins
Yeah, Warzone is the only game mode with game altering Reqs.

Everything you can buy with money, you can buy with REQ points, the only place that has an unfair advantage is Warzone, but most people don't stay alive long enough to have one. Microtransactions in Halo 5 fund the free content pipeline. Microstransaction have no affect to the stability of gameplay, most items that give me an unfair advantage in Warzone was acquired used req points.
The REQ weapons are pretty well balanced too. You get fuck all ammo with the really powerful ones and pretty much every vehicle has a weak spot. Everyone starts on an even playing field so if you're unable to get better weapons then you just need to practice and get better really. Some people might see that as unfair but you've got to reward players for playing well or there's no incentive.
the Req weapons are basically what the weapons in Halo online were going to be.

I have a feeling that HO is coming back on Halo 5's engine since of that.

The non-US/EU market gets all kinds of weird games that we never see. If it wasn't for shitty security practices (and the fact that there hasn't been a halo pc since h2v), HO would have remained a silly foreign oddity

Yes, that and the Halo 3 version of Blam was modded to hell and back, also the debug version of halo 3 that leaked etc
What I'm saying is I bet it was too annoying to work with the halo 3 engine for a f2p game, so they might switch to halo 5s, never said they will try to come to the west with it (won't stop people from trying tho)

Finally.
One in game would be nice though.

There's way too much stuff I want to see in-game that's not there. I can't see my medals after a match? Seriously? Why does the game that's almost 10 years old have a better UI/UX than this one?
People do user-experience research as their whole job now. So how is it worse?

replace my gamertag with yours. From there you can check stats and medals on every game you played.

Sorry, no I mean I'm aware you CAN through Waypoint and all that. There's just not a good reason for not being able to view them in-game.
Haven is done. Just need to figure out how the hell to share it...not quite as easy as my blood gulch map for csgo was.
yeah I can't upload it to the marketplace. Each thing is reviewed manually...
