Does anyone know how to fix this? In Forge when I try to use scripts to move a weapon around it all works fine except that it creates a copy of the weapon that stays static. How do I fix this?
I guess I kind of fixed it because it disappears if you have no ammo when you grab it.

I wonder if they modified the textures in that XCOM mod to be higher res or if they just look fine by default.
ive been looking at armor again and halo 3's mark vi has always been my favorite. i just love how simple and sleek it is
This will always be the best IMO. It really shows how the armour is complex and multilayered and actually seems like armour, unlike the 343 era Mjolnir that is just a bodysuit with some armour chunks attached.

That second illustration is fucking great. I love that modernization of the MKV, and I'm a bit mad that no iteration of it took that as a reference.
I just hate how simple they made the actual armour in 4 and 5. I dont mean the designs, but the armour itself. Its no longer an actual exoskeleton, its just a bodysuit they wear that has pieces of big, chunky armour strapped on.

It definitely gives a sense of alien-ness to the SPARTAN-II programme; the height difference alone of the Chief to those engineers. I think there's supposed to be a lore reason for why the armours look less and less "classic Sci-Fi space marine" (something to do with cheaper SPARTANs).
The SPARTANs were even described on the original blurb as "Bred for combat, built for war", and in my opinion the H4/5 SPARTANs don't feel as powerful or experimental as the classic, chunky exosuits.

Something looks off about Jun's armor and Emile's helmet, but Jorge's machine gun turret is A-OK
The only bad thing to me is Kat's armor. The helm is fine but the rest looks off.

It think its just Kat was really thin so it looks off seeing her armour a bit thicker
