I liked Halo 3's hayabusa pauldrons, at least I did all the time. Maybe it's because I didn't like much of halo 3's armour, but I just liked the samurai shoulders with multiple parts. The chest piece was ok The helmet was a No-No. Katana was 'hey, I earned the katana, I'm impressive' Then later 'Yeah this is dumb' Wondering if I'm wishing that they could have smuggled the shoulder pieces in for reach. I'm thinking I really could have enjoyed a more samurai Mjolnir, but I would have liked it less 'anime' and more fitting with the theme of things.
Isn't that an unfinished asset from 4 though?
Either unused or upcoming, it was posted on Reddit.
I did. My feelings.
Don't mind me, bad memory as of late as far as names. [editline]7th April 2016[/editline]
Is there a Facepunch Spartan Company? No one is ever on in the one I'm in right now
What killjoy said, and assuming you are "agentalexandre" I accepted your request to join. If you're not go ahead and join request.

I'm going to have to rejoin under my new account, remove Gogmazios from the Spartan Company (and friends list if you have me added there) if you can. I mean you can keep it added but it'll disappear soon. New GT is "Yhorms"
Anyone wanna play Arena with Killjoy and I?
I may in a bit. How long do you plan on playing?
I may in a bit. How long do you plan on playing?
I'll be on for awhile, and down to play whenever tonight
cool, add me and I'll shoot you a message when I'm ready setting up a shiny new Elite system
Yeah, I believe there is a link in the OP. It's "Facepunch Spartans". [editline]7th April 2016[/editline] Oops, I lied. No link in OP. Here it is: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/spartan-companies/facepunch%20spartans
The OP does have a link though. Literally the first thing after the title image :v:
Sorry about bailing on ya Killjoy and Makol, meds im currently on mess me up... Then keep me awake all night.
I thought I might share this, it seemed pretty interesting.

Could this be similar to the bio-weapon in Nightfall?
I hope we'll get back to fighting flood in the future, it would be perfect in a firefight/infection mashup!
Expect it from halo 7, 8 and 9. 6 will conclude their business with Cortana.
Expect it from halo 7, 8 and 9. 6 will conclude their business with Cortana.
I hope that halo 6 will be the end of cortana & master chief, it's time we let them go.
It probably will. They wouldn't have introduced a new team of Spartans if they didn't plan to drop Master Chief at some point.
Could this be similar to the bio-weapon in Nightfall?
Seeing as the AI stated the air was unsafe for ~humans~ to breathe, I would say so. ONI was considering biological warfare in The Thursday War after Jul reacted badly to some specially modified wheat (or something), but chose not to given the chance of backfire. Finding something that targets only humans probably gave ONI the idea of making something that can only target Sangheili, Kig-Yar, Jiralhanae, etc. I'm wondering what they were doing with what looked like Flood samples. Were they experimenting on it, or with it?
It probably will. Locke is boring because they tried to have the best of both worlds, and the story has gotten way too involved in Master Chief and Cortana's relationship.

Would Flood that humans are immune to still be hostile to humans?
Or they do totally the opposite and make Buck the next central character Fucking please
Don't get my hopes up
Hmmmm, flood that is somehow biologically incompatible with humans? Weaponised flood?
I thought the whole deal with the Flood was that it was ~magic precursor bullshit~ that was sentient on a basic level or something so that you couldn't actually use it to your advantage. In one of those Greg Bear books the only thing that stopped humans from being wiped out by the Flood was the Flood basically going "lol we're not actually going to exterminate you, we'd rather kill the Forerunners first" and letting humanity live.
Requested to join the Spartan Company
Or they do totally the opposite and make Buck the next central character Fucking please
That should've just been Halo 5, agent locke was about as interesting as a cardboard cutout of seinfeld

Don't bite the hand that feeds you, or in this case, don't kill the people who made you.

Starting with stuff post-Bungie, apparently the entire original trilogy they were just testing humanity for if they were strong enough to take the title of the Mantle. It wouldn't surprise me if ONI was playing dangerous with their attempts to make humanity the dominant species, though. We already know the Flood still exist, the question is just what Argent Moon is supposed to fully be. Although it doesn't help that Hunt the Truth and certain things in Escalation made it seem like ONI may finally start taking a bit of the spotlight in the main plot. Instead they're entirely background yet again, but it seems they're still setting up potential future plot points.
