Would be much better if he placed some 'old' video recordings from the old restaurants and if you had the chance you could watch them what did the animatronics do in their daylight jobs and how they eventually rotted away for the past 30 years. Bit of a stretch but I'm really hoping this game concludes and answers all the questions.

Also what if in the FN@F2 cutscene, you are the Yellow Bonnie that was suppose to be a new Animatronic, but the rest caught on and when Marionette arrived, to get revenge, killed you and kept you in the Animatronic. Probably a stretch but w/e.
I hope that the shot at the end of the trailer with the animatronic coming into your room wasn't made for the trailer because that is some smooth ass animation.
Also, my bet is that over the course of the game more animatronics start to be built.

I have my own theory about the various items on the screen.
Cameras is obvious, when the cameras are down you can't track the thing around the ride. Audio means hearing or not hearing where it is.
As for ventilation, a lot of these cheesy haunted house rides have a bunch of smoke machines set up for ambiance. Ventilation could mean the smoke isn't being cleared out properly, and will continue to build up and obstruct your view, making the cameras less and less reliable until it's reactivated.
Rebooting the systems likely takes time to finish, so if one system goes down you can't immediately click reboot all to fix it because it will take all three systems offline, so you need to learn to take advantage of both the cameras, the audio cues, and the window outside the office to track where the golden murder machine is.
I almost feel bad for Golden Bonnie/whatever this thing is. Look at the shitty state it's in. How did it avoid being dismantled like the others?
Are we sure the place is a horror attraction and not just the pizzeria? I know they are doing a horror attraction but it never said it was the Attraction itself.
On the 5th night when your not looking golden bonnie will sneak into your room and grab the parts needed for the ultimate evil....Golden Balloon Boy!.
Maybe the place for the purple guy was in the suit?

I had an idea that in the original game, the restaurant is already closed down and has been for years. During the day (at 6am) they are in their daytime programming, wandering around performing despite no one being there to see them anymore, but at night they revert to their free-roam programming. They got to Phone Guy years ago, his messages are just repeating at certain days of the week. There isn't really anything to suggest the place hasn't already closed down in the first game, and it would explain the condition of everything.

Honestly, the Golden Bonnie building animitronics from the parts from the box is the most solid theory right now.
