..It ain't a separate game, hell. The filename is still just 4.jpg. It's probably gonna be some sort of 'flashback' thing.
if it'll have the same gameplay as the first game. I'm hooked
Hopefully, Scott makes the game a bit more difficult and time consuming, it was pretty sad seeing the FNAF 3 nearly get beaten to pieces and analyzed hours after launch.

I'm fairly certain that the two points of light are supposed to represent a stage light. That bump of lit ground to the top-right of the hat is that second spotlight.
Besides a flashlight that close would be way brighter than the dim light in the shadow that one is giving off.
