I kinda like his idea of doing an update later. Maybe it'll help keep the mystery alive this time instead of being devoured like the 3rd game was.
I'll give the game the benefit of the doubt.
It could be incredible, hell, maybe even the best of the series.
I just get worried about how short the production time was. I really want to see the series go
out with a bang.
Is there any real form of proof that the email was even real? We've fake emails in the past. Unless Scott tells the world on one of his sites I don't think everyone should get so hype/upset just yet. I find it a little weird that he'd only tell a single popular FNAF youtuber and not everyone else. Smells more like bait that worked. Just saying, we should be a little cautious.

Several YouTubers recieved the same email, some fans sent emails and got replies from Scott confirming it, and one image on the IndieDB page says 8815.
Pretty sure it's real.
How "rushed" this is? It's on production for like what, 6 months? Compared to the others and how simple the game is this is a fuck ton of time to produce a lot of content

It's most likely been in development either late during FNaF3, or directly after it.
I don't quite see how these games would take much development time. As long as he has the functions down and it plays well (which is the part that requires the most in-depth work), then the rest of it just boils down to rendering out the pictures. Since he can work pretty efficiently with his coding software it makes sense he can make these in such an episodic fashion.
Yeah as much as I love the genius behind the FNaF series, it's not like it's a giant undertaking. A lot of it, as said before, comes down to rendering and balancing once he has all the new mechanics and engine in place, especially since it's going to be the same style of point-and-click

I think it looks way better in my opinion. I have been very disappointed in the graphics for the last two games.
I could just imagine a kid waking up because he hears noises in his room then slowly his wardrobe opens revealing Foxy who whispers something like "911 was an inside job" or " remember to eat a balanced healthy breakfast" after which he slowly closes the door.

I don't know about y'all, but the video felt very empty. No panicked breathing or sounds of the door clicking or slamming shut, no sounds of the closet door sliding open, no mechanical sounds, clanking noises, or heavy footsteps on the floor, nothing. Just music and ambient tracks.
