It's a joke. I saw it as one of them weird cartoon mice at first.
This game has the deepest lore.
I don't care for the gameplay though, but the lore's really unique.

Click on marionette on Cam 3 on Night 2 to get Marionette's minigame
Click on chica eyes on Cams 2,3,4,6? on Night 3 to get Chica's minigame
Click on the 9 tiles left of desk closeest to door in this order on night 4: 395248 to get a minigame
On any night double click on balloon boy on Cam 8 to get BB's minigame.
Collect all the balloons and jump out of the left side from the 3rd platform, then jump
the platforms on the screen below to the right to find a crying child. Jump as far right as you can
from here to get stuck on the right side of wall (press F2 to break out if you do this)
It's just me that finds strange that there's is no sign of Bonnie? There is alot of stuff about Bonnie like Shadow Bonnie, Toy Bonnie doll, Bonnie paper plate doll, but not even a Phantom Bonnie? It's the animatronic that Scott finds the scariest, it's just strange.

having rabbit ears =/= same costume. the actual structure and design of them are completely different

The way I see it, Golden Freddy, while being similar, has quite a few differences from Freddy, especially in FNaF 2. Whether he's an older design of Freddy or something else is unknown. I think, considering[sp]the Springtrap suit is an archaic piece of equipment,[/sp]it's entirely possible that this was an older design for Bonnie.

Sorta. [sp]He did it to himself to escape the ghosts of the kids he killed, and didn't expect to get crunched as a result. The game actually has more pre-recorded messages from Phone Guy describing exactly what kind of suit he jumps into to foreshadow just what sort of karma he puts himself in.[/sp]
Has there been a transcript of the new phone calls yet? Scott loves to put little details in those.

There are no Demo's.
Hoping that there will be one more thing of the FNAF universe before Scott wraps it all up and just closes the story.
Something like a comic, short movie, book or whatever just to tie the final threads together.
So what happened to Golden Freddy?
Maybe the 'Yellow' suits were the [sp]springsuits[/sp]? By the way, I don't think this will be the last FNAF game.
