If anything, I'd really love a game where you're an animatronic going 'boo' at kids and stuff.

Or maybe you play an employee of the old Diner, where you have to do the above, but if you ever move too rapidly you get springtrapped by the suit.
I wouldn't mind Scott making fourth but final part of FNAF Series...
But i hope it wouldn't be called FNAF4 but something like Fredbear's Family Dinner which is hinting at lore and he'd atleast would work on it secretly for perhaps year or two and then release first teaser...
Aswell as perhaps getting assistance of some expert encryption techs so script kiddies like perl wouldn't be able to decrypt/decompile/diassembly or export game files4life :v:
He could use of some 3D Multimedia fusion stuff aswell perhaps if it's possible?
Well for this game he seems to have managed to protect it against texmod according to someone a few pages back. He can protect it from the python decompiler by inserting something like a single note MIDI which seems to fuck the thing up but I don't know how he would protect it against Perl.
I'm kind of dissapoint because the game felt shorter, like an epilogue rather than a complete game.
However maybe more will happen with the updates that should come out.
The story was still creepy and I did not see the fate of Purple Guy coming.
[sp]what if the bad ending is phone guys death from fnaf 1? He said he was hiding inside of a suit from something. Based on his calls in fnaf 3 he knows a lot about getting into and out of the suits.[/sp]

Five Nights at Freddy's 3
Episode 1
Do you play as the killer in the 2nd game? Or is it hinted at it?

He got a bunch of shit for it from youtube kids

Wait, number 3 is already out? Is it good

Purple Guy seems to die when he returned to the place in FNaF 1 after it was closed, the spirits of the kids attacked him so he entered into Springtrap, it's also not posible because in the call when Phone Guy dies there are the sounds of the animatronics while in the minigame Purple Guy destroys them.
Maybe the knowledge about the suits are general things the staff should know?
Wait, number 3 is already out? Is it good
Yeah, its darker in story terms that the other games and adds some interesting details, however it's really short and Springtrap jumpscares are not that good, the other animations are awesome anyway.
Man these last few pages have been blacked out more than a CIA document from the 1960s
Anyone else feel kinda...disappointed by this game? It isn't that scary, gameplay's more annoying than anything, and the story barely explains anything from the first two games. I dunno, while I appreciate closure, I expected a lot more from this game, considering he had a couple more months to work on this than 2.
I do hope he pushes away from FNAF and moves on to other games, and with how this game ends I'm gonna assume that'll be the case.

Pft, this thread is nothing.
You should have seen the Bioshock thread when Bioshock Infinite was on release day.
Is there just no Bonnie in this game at all besides his head? I miss seeing him, feels kinda strange without him.
Bonnie's my favorite
Thunderthighs chica needs to make a comeback

That thing at the end of the hall looks like it could actually be Bonnie from FNaF 1. The lower jaw shape is very Bonnie-ish
EDIT: Looks like Bonnie's on the side of the arcade game cabinet as well

In comparison to the "bad ending" and "the end", the only differences I see is the absence of the heads lighting up and the absence of a 5th animatronic head in the background. Is "the end" just signifying the kid's final rest?

Maybe but [sp]why if the endings are the same, you just need to play the minigames to achieve the ""good""[/sp]
This is why I think there will be a FNAF4:
The Long and Short of it: The child ghosts of Marionette (original child murder) and Golden Freddy (fifth child of the gift-given) are still not at rest.
The only spirits shown saved are the FNAF1 murdered children: Gen3 Freddy, Foxy, Bonnie and Chica.
The timeline is confusing but let's consider:
FazBear Diner
SpringCrank Bonnie (Springtrap) is one of the original animatronics from Fazbear's Diner.
It is confirmed there were additional spring-crank animatronics to accompany him, though it is unclear if they are the Gen1 (Withered) Freddy, Chica, Foxy and Bonnie.
PhoneGuy says there were 'multiple simultaneous failures' of the springcrank suits- meaning there are more deaths we are currently unaware of.
PhoneGuy says there are temporary mascot suits to wear until the new batch comes in.
To our knowledge, we have never seen these temporary mascot suits.
It is possible Golden Freddy was one of these temporary mascot suits, since he is limp and is worn in FNAF2 by PurpleGuy- though he is shown moving and staggering in FNAF 3, so he could also be a springcrank animatronic.
Fazbear's Pizzeria 1
The 'Withered' Gen1 gang is abandoned and the Toy Gen2 is brought in: Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, along with Marionette, Mangle and BB. It is unclear if Mangle and BB are also possessed by ghosts, but notice they feature in FNAF3 whilst the Toy Freddy, Bonnie, Chica do not.
Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria 2
The modern Gen3 FNAF gang is here: Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and the ghost of Golden Freddy(?) It is now revealed that Springcrank Bonnie is also present in this game, boarded up behind a wall. It is unclear where Purple Guy is during the story of FNAF1, since he is still canonically alive.
The safe room (ERR) and two mysterious boarded up rooms are shown as separate entities in the FNAF 3 endscene. Leading to the question: what is hidden behind those two boarded doors?
And why is Bonnie blue instead of purple in the endscene?
The minigame ending as well as completing the minigames 'saving' the souls of the four children ties into the ATARI minigame flashbacks in FNAF2.
It ties into the idea of the possessed animatronics being a mix of children's soul and machine.
So why shouldn't the children be able to be trapped in a minigame?
Remember, the Purpleguy destroyed the children's suits after FNAF1, hoping to drive away the demons.
This might infer the children's ghosts jumped into those arcade games in the safe room once PurpleGuy became Springtrap.
After 30 years of noone playing them... being trapped in unplayed arcade consoles... you come along. You set their souls free.

there will be a fnaf 4 because scott loves money too much
And why is Bonnie blue instead of purple in the endscene?
To avoid confusion with Shadow Bonnie, which is purple in the minigames and his purple is more close to the purple of Bonnie
It looks like we are missing something between the three, like it really looks the end, there isn't too much to add. [sp]The marionette child actually gets his revenge since it looks to be him the one who forces Purple Guy to his own death[/sp] Now i want to see MatPat video about FNaF 3
If a fourth game were to be made [sp]which probably wouldn't be called FnaF 4[/sp], I think it would be set in a Children's Museum where you have a lot more space for animatronics to move around, and more options to keep them from storming the security room. And with UE4 being released for free, Scott might use that instead of the other engine.
what is hidden behind those two boarded doors?
they correspond to the bathrooms of fnaf#1
