Also bad news people Puppet Hallucination I posted earlier was debunked gg pls re Since Puppet was debunked, should we expect any future edits? (as in new added thengs)
"THEY WILL KNOW THE JOY OF CREATION"
And that's how you know it's fake. We found out months ago that the phrase is really "the joy of creative services" and that it's a passage from a book about conscious machinery being used for agricultural purposes. Also that exact phrase is featured on one of the banners on the Freddy's wiki. Tsk tsk. This guy is lazy.
Debunked how?
"prove to me it's not fake. here is my proof: and if you like, I will make a list of the people that say it's fake. I'd say the majority (%65-%80) A:) it's night 1. nothing happens night one. B:) there is a ventilation error on night one. as previously mentioned, nothing happens night 1. C:) the way the office is. it's not curved, like, the office in-game is. that's what scott does; h makes 1 big image and stretches it. this stretch gives it a slight curve, like a diorama. D:) that is not the normal error light. it looks like he/she just isolated it, slapped a red heue over it then put the rest of the stuff in. how is it real. where is your evidence/proof other than the above picture, witch is could have been faked at a whim?" - raahaahaa
I just got a virus from Facepunch, from this thread. A guy a few pages back has some B&W comic about a baby Springtrap, I clicked it to enlarge it, and I got some king of advert clicker thing, now FP wont stop sending me popup ads, Anti-virus can't find it, I even did a system restore but I'm still getting stupid adverts whenever anywhere on FP, anybody got a similar problem or fix? Edit: I found the file folder and manually deleted it, it seems to have worked, but any other methods of removal if anyone has them would be appreciated, thanks, sorry for the break in topic.
Was it getit4cheaper? Cause I got the same thing then, I suddenly got a virus even though I browse pretty much the same websites everyday. I installed malewarebytes and got rid of it. It was a google chrome extension that kept installing itself and running, regardless if you uninstalled it or not.
I can't hear any of the alleged sounds or see any text. All I see is the puppet doing it's thing.
It's just before the Marionette shows up. The text is faint and above the lit up heads. The laughs and electronic sounds are from the dream sequences between nights in 2. [t]http://i.imgur.com/UvyR2eE.png[/t]
-snip-
these aren't unique assets whatsoever though. we have access to all of these sounds in the FNAF2 and FNAF3 sound files.

[t]http://i.imgur.com/UvyR2eE.png[/t]
LET'S JUST PLAY THE DEVIL'S ADVOCATE HERE: Where the Purple Guy is good (??) killing off psychotic little children people. He tries at every turn to deactivate and break down the animatronics: -The Golden ones mysteriously 'trap' two employees and shelved, the Withered animatronics are ripped apart to the point of malfunction, the Toy ones are messed with by a guy in a GF suit leading to their deactivation, the phoneguy is killed by the new FNAF1 Animatronics, and PurpleGuy sees fit to tear them apart to try and dispell their angry violent spirits. In return they trap him in Springtrap and find new animatronics to haunt.....
You know what would be amazing? Imagine if Scott did something similar to the PotaTOS ARG hunt back with the release of portal two, and hides all kinds of clues and references in FNAF1, 2 and 3 to the first restaurant and what actually happened there. For example, Mangle could make actual SSTV noises or morse codes, The newspapers and posters could be replaced with new stuff. And all of it could lead to a seperate, hidden page on Cawthon's website with a fullblown article about the first restaurant and what happened there. We wouldn't need another FNAF game and we'd still be satisfied

After going through everything I kind of have to concurr with the people saying 3 is really lacking in the lore department. I had a really fun time following the discoveries with 1 and 2. It helped that there was, well, things to discover. With 3, the only extra ~lore you get is a hasty introduction of the springlocked suits and the endings. I feel if we had gotten... I don't know, something like extra information about what happened during the events of 1 or prior, the ending might have had a bigger impact for me.
Sorry if this has been brought up a lot already, I was talking to some friends about it and now I'm curious. [sp]Why is Balloon Boy a phantom? Wasn't he just another malfunctioning animatronic like the toy ones?[/sp]
FNAF 3 is coming to android soon. The link is googleable but the app's page isn't up yet. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scottgames.fnaf3

Sorry, I know this will be randomly placed, but do we know why the toy bots are the ones saving the children? As far as we know, the deaths and reanimations (Souls put into their bodies) were done to the older bots from the first Fazbears. So why are the toy versions saving them?

Gotta respect Scott if this does end up being the last FNAF one for a while. If I saw all that money I probably would've made about 20 spin-offs by now.

He should continue working on horror games, he's pretty good at it.

He should continue working on horror games, he's pretty good at it.
As far as I can tell, he struck a good balance of things that people generally find frightening. Paranoia induced by seeing something that wasn't there before, or no longer seeing something that was once there. Constantly being pursued and being incapable of running away. Having no direct means of combating threats, only to delay them. This is what sets a tone for the game series when it was starting, it dis-empowered the player by not only stripping them of means to fight back, but outright restricting movement to sitting in your swivel chair and pressing buttons on the wall. The series has since become formulaic in that regard, all of them are attempting to capitalize on the same gameplay themes that compliment horror titles. Other than some alterations to general mechanics, the games are more-or-less very samey. If there's something I want to see more of from Scott, it's not necessarily more Freddy, or even more horror games. I want to have some more of his storytelling. Littering the walls of the first game's hallways with articles regarding the backstory behind the location was a great idea; let gameplay take the steering wheel and wait for the committed players to notice that there's more to the game than meets the eye. It's why the game's lore blew up so quickly, it was cryptic and unclear enough to spark discussion and speculation. People love a good mystery, and even in loving a good mystery I personally don't like it with absolutely all questions are answered, it leaves something to the imagination.
Scott loves FNAF too much to do that, I think even he realizes that it's run is over
