I want this new enemy to have more hp than the T.W.A.T van, use a Blackdozers IZHMA as a ranged weapon, have the speed of a Cloaker, carry a gigantic fucking shield, and everytime he downs someone, 2 downs are spent instead of one. Finally gives our latest Chivalry powercreep melees a good match.

yeah but.. the swat van turret has around 70k HP on normal, how can a human enemy have this much? yeah i understand payday has so much logics but this is literally a big one, not disagreeing with this idea though, id actually love to fight an overpowered enemy like that for a challenge, but the logic is big with this one, oh also more people will rage about it in the forums.

I know what I said about story but an interesting arc could be if Bain gets compromised and the Gang must plan an execute a series of heists, perhaps with the help of an outsider, to set things right again.

By that I meant having one cops with lot of health isn't a big deal since we already have the commissar wich can take multiple headshot like nothing happened
Speaking of NPCs, I kinda wish they'd make the sniper not instashot and instead have to charge his sniper for atleast 0.5 seconds so you can play around multiple snipers at once.
Meltdown is such a fun heist, but when even just one sniper spawns it's just such a pain in the ass. Spawnshots is also a thing, since the second they're up they have the ability to just snapshot anyone in their LoS.
Does this mean I'll get my wearable bulldozer?

Just saw the trailer and I have to say that it reminds me a lot of those comic book story parts on Watchmen:The End Is Nigh. Very nice!
So the new unit is a commander? Makes sense since they said he's VA was gonna play a big part on it. Not gonna lie I'm excited. But I'm still holding myself to see how the games will go with him around.
i was thinking maybe its just special specials. winters is only one of the commissioners captains, and he looks like a beefed up shield. whos to say the other new guys arent beefed up versions of other specials?
What happend to that Max Payne like NPC/enemy? Does someone knows more about it?
