I'd complain that it's not an in-game challenge like they promised, but it's one that's easy to win.
The completing WatchDogs with 70% acc sounds fun. You need to make sure all bullets count, and use rockets and all that.
So wait, how can a meme be vintage? IIRC, "vintage" is used for something that gets better as time passes by (Like wine), and memes only get less funny and more overused each day.

That probably is the case, I just can't see how that'd work at all unless it doesn't involve the inventory system we have now.
Unless having 100+ of "Electric Center" is something people want in their Steam Inventory.

I don't feel like payday should have steam trading. Not only because of the cheaters,but also because too much stuff is already locked behind paywall and people will probably complain a lot about trading
Imagine if Payday 2 developed a item economy just like the one in TF2. Oh god please don't do this to me Overkill I'm literally begging you.
