Every time you go infamous, until infamy level 6, you will lose all your money and will lose $200.000.000 from your offshore account. You keep your items but you need to reach their needed level to use them again.
This game has no banning system and their "anti-cheat" only works to detect people using DLCs they don't own. So don't worry about finding a cheater, you can't get in trouble.
I would recommend you using the Facepunch Payday 2 steam group if you want to avoid cheaters that will probably ruin your game.
I did *not* know what they were into, I thought it was just a DW bank heist, I thought nothing of it until someone spawned a ton of ECM jammers. :/
DW heists are best played with friends/fellow facepunchers, as pub DW experience are either cheating, or below-infamy noobs, who "are pros"

Rush Election Day normal, stealthing both days gives you a +20% bonus xp from the next mission you complete. Then play ones that have a high xp payout, like rats or Hoxout.
Hotline Miami is a longer heist, but it grants pretty good XP without being tedious.

I should join that group, often the cheaters use various hacks that make them god, killing everything, spawning a million of everything, making all of the cops on your side, carrying hundreds of duffel bags, etc.
I think Raven + Overkill basic might be my new favorite. It's like one of the best combinations to clean a room in a second. And paired with he rounds secondary shotguns it becomes one of the best crowd control weapon builds.
Too bad the Raven is so fucking inaccurate sometimes even with skills and mods for accuracy. Also I should really thank Maria for showing me this. I wouldn't even think about trying the raven for loud builds if it wasn't for he's videos. Every game I go I just top score on bodycounts with this set-up.
