I think we just need more general bank heists, we really only have Harvest, GO Bank, and the Benevolent, and as far as that goes GO is awful for loud, Benevolent takes a good amount of time and dedication, pretty much leaving Harvest & Trustee as the only option for a quick bank heist, which I think there should be more of.
Well if you do election day and get the wrong truck you have Capital Savings, which is decent enough aside from the sniper spam and the fact that it's an elephant heist.
The armored transport heists seriously need some love. I adore them as heists, but the effort to reward ratio is piss poor.
Well if you do election day and get the wrong truck you have Capital Savings, which is decent enough aside from the sniper spam and the fact that it's an elephant heist.
I completely forgot about that Bank, but now that you mention it I think it could work as a 1 day heist with some minor reworking. Also, the bank in the mallcrasher heist, I think if that was opened up it could also work as a small sidequest kind of thing as a bank heist alternative.
I wish in a game about bank heists that the heists named Bank Heist weren't about heisting the exact same bank with different loot inside.
It's funny because banks in real life most of the times don't look all that different from each other. Specially if they belong to the same company. And tipycal Bank heist missions are always Harvest & Trustee.
Where would you even start trying to Deathwish heists? I only really see the stealth ones as being remotely possible.
If you want to do DW heists in stealth, I'd be happy to point you the way (and in more ways than one). Here is a personal list of stealthable heists, ranked in difficulty tiers: Tier 1 (very easy): - Four Stores (not getting all the loot): just find a big safe, drill or lockpick, hide, wait for the van and rush to it. - Jewelry Store: start with the back alleys and make your way inside, neutralizing all guards and civilians. - Ukrainian Job: same as Jewelry Store, but careful if there are more than 4 guards; leave those outside alive then. - Diamond Store: start by the upper floor (or the camera guy if possible), and neutralize all guards that pass through plus the manager. Then get down to the store and neutralize all civilians, and disable the alarm. Tier 2 (easy): - Bank Heist (and related - not getting all loot): wait for guards to come outside or become isolated, neutralize them and the manager, kill the camera guy, take the bank partially or fully, open the vault. - Art Gallery: just pick up paintings as you see them, always know your surroundings and where to hide. - Four Stores (getting all loot): neutralize first guard and surrounding civilian in Chinese store, try to get in stealth to the Peer store and neutralize the second guard and surround civilian. Keep going in stealth as far as you can, and if something happens, ECM. Don't forget cameras. - Nightclub: get discreetly to the back, neutralize guards silently and open the doors with keycards or drills. If things get bad, ECM quickly and rush to neutralize all the civilians. Drill open the safes and watch out for guard spawning at the front or the back. Tier 3 (normal): - Shadow Raid (not getting all the loot): buy river zip-line, start by the warehouse roof, and take loot you find to the zip-line. Don't get too trigger happy with the guards, but killing the camera guy and the guard near the water is always a nice precaution. - GO Bank (not getting all the loot): get to the back, kill guards at first opportunity, ECM rush in to neutralize civilians, don't bother with bagging them, but don't forget the cameras. Get keycards and stay at the phone, but keep an eye on civilians in the street. Once the vault opens, either lockpick or saw for 20-30 seconds, get out to answer phone, repeat until you get enough. Play it safe with the phone, better come out of the vault early than too late because of those lasers. If things get loud, escaping through the sewers is not too hard if you don't go slowly. - Bank Heist (and related - getting all the loot): same plan as above, but this time you either need a saw with ammo or a lot of patience. I've opened all deposit boxes by lockpicking a few times. - Election Day: Day 1: either ECM-rush (1 minute is enough) or jump from container to container and sneak up to the offices until you find the PC. The right truck is from the company you won't see on the PC. If things are to get loud, you need to have had tagged the truck by then. Day 2: start by neutralizing the camera guy, find a crowbar and open boxes randomly until you find enough machines. If you get a keycard, look from the catwalk above what's inside the cage before you open them. If you want to get all loot, take a saw and open cages. Drills take too much luck to succeed. After collecting the gold, let things get loud for extra XP if you want. Tier 4 (hard): - Mallcrasher: mask up in the car dealership, neutralize the civilian and break the windshield and car engine discreetly. Move up to the jewelry store carefully, take some loot for extra cash if you want, then move to the alcohol shop. Melee or shoot silently each bottle one by one after neutralizing the vendor. If it's still not enough, move to the shop right underneath downstairs (not that risky), neutralize vendor, and break antiquities, and that should be enough. Stay hidden until helicopter arrives, then rush out. - Car Shop: go through the right and make your way to the staircase. Spot the manager from the roof or by marking civilians through walls, you know, that one skill. When the coast is clear, either neutralize and close civilians and guards if any, hide bodies/hostages as much as you can. Find the correct PC with the name from the manager's office, and hide until a guard comes (and one will come, it's scripted, so be ready). Once the hack is done, go back outside, plant C4, then get the keys and drive as fast as you can. On DW, you have no room for mistakes while driving. - Hoxton Revenge: once inside, disable cam guy if you want but it's not very necessary since there are no cameras inside. Complete the vault objectives first, but secure all the evidence bags you come across if you want. Once the rat is dead, get the rest of the evidence. Don't let the alarm ring, or else you're fucked since you'll need to wait for another escape vehicle. - GO Bank (getting all the evidence): same plan as before but you need a saw this time. Lockpicking all the boxes in time is impossible. Tier 5 (very hard): - Alesso Heist: neutralize the camera guy first, then make you way either up or down and check all doors for C4. Then get down to the "basement", neutralize the civilian and either kill 1 or the 2 guards. Once C4 is planted, get all the way back up and do the DJ thing, neutralize the civilian there and hide him well. Then all the way back down again, and get your loot. If you have a pager left, use it to neutralize the guard patrolling the area where you secure the loot. During the last part, keep a close eye on moving guards and observe carefully where you need to go to escape. If things get loud, you probably won't survive since the van will leave for a while. - Shadow Raid (getting all the loot): same as before but don't kill the camera guy or the guard by the water. Kill patrolling guards out of camera sight, and make sure no alerted civilian can walk into a camera. If by chance a guard is camping in a convenient spot, leave him and kill the camera guard or the guard by the water, whichever you prefer. Stand on the helipad around the 5:00 mark to make the game force a helicopter with extra loot to spawn instead of extra guards. Make sure a keycard lands somewhere near the vault to be able to insert both keycards within 10 seconds. Finish with the money loot in the containers. - Big Bank: buy "Elevator Trick". Neutralize all civilians, guards and cameras on the upper floor of the first area, plus the canteen and the lower office area. After you find the server room, try PCs until you find the code (if needed) then wait. If you have loud drills, use one on the office safe, it may get some guards in the other area stuck. Look for keycards, one on a desk and the other either on the manager or the safe. Don't forget the phone and the two elevators. In the vault area, try to see where camping guards are located, and how many moving guards there are. If possible, kill the moving guard(s) and open the vault, then moving bags one by one to the van. Take a saw with ammo to get the boxes, but careful with guards around. If you want to play it safe, lockpick them. - The Diamond: buy Thermite, Cutting Glass and Bag Man in eastern staircase. Go in through the furthest window on the right side. Tie all civilians you see and hide them, and take keycards. Make killing the camera guy a priority, then find the circuit boxes. Use the first keycard, go away and hide or pick up loot, and repeat in the next room. When it's puzzle time, just restart the machine until the path is easy enough to remember and go back on within 30 seconds. Collect extra loot if you want, but don't let things get loud, or it'll become hard to escape. - Dockyard (not getting all the loot): don't bother with the camera guys, 2 pagers isn't worth it. Buy the Boat Escape and whatever else you want. Explore until you find the comm frequencies and both keycards, then wait, then get on the boat and find the right container. The escape is very nearby. I know it doesn't sound that hard like this, but the AI paths are a bitch on this map. Tier 6 (nightmare): - Framing Frame: Day 3 is the nightmare. For Day 1, see Art Gallery. Day 2 has 99% chance to be easy and boring if you didn't fuck up Day 1 too badly. Day 3 is where the game will gladly put a camera in front of the vault, which makes it impossible to stealth. If that happens, restart. If in a pro job, well, you're fucked. Other than that, if you don't know exactly where to find the 5 items by force of habit like I do, the paintings will make it easy, so get as many as you can on Day 1. Whatever happens, don't let Day 3 get loud: you'll have to do all the loud objectives from the beginning, no matter how close you were to finishing. - Firestarter: Day 1 is the nightmare. You need the double body bag deployable, and I also recommend a silent saw. If you have the Gage Sniper Pack, use the asset to jump down into one of the hangars. Then you'll just need to be one hell of a gunslinger and kill all the thugs inside without those outside noticing. Then open the trucks with the saw, then take the weapon bags to the truck, very carefully. If a thug gets in your way, kill him before he's alerted. Anyone becoming alerted even for a tenth of a second and no one else noticing on this map results in going loud. It will take a lot of tries to memorize how things work, but you can do it. Day 2 and 3 are easy, but if it's a Pro Job, don't get careless. On Day 2, don't forget guards and cameras can notice open circuit boxes, and don't forget the extra loot in the evidence room if all is going well. - Big Oil: both days are very hard, which amounts to a nightmare in total with the fact that it's Pro Job only. A single loud gunshot on Day 1 means going loud, so don't let that happen. Cleaning first floor is easy, the second floor is the real challenge. Don't let the camera guy get alerted even for a second, that'll make it go loud no matter what. Once everyone is dead, place drills and then look for loot. Only use the saw at the very end, even silent it'll make things go loud too. Day 2 is easier for the most part, but a simple mistake can easily make it all fail. Look for notepads all around the house, and use some website to help you determine the right engine. Some pads may be in the lab. Open the server room either with a keycard if you got one on Day 1, or an ECM if you have the skill. Out of the 3 possible server rooms, the one closest to the pool, above the kitchen, is the only one where guards cannot get alerted from seeing the hack in progress. So if you hack somewhere else, stay around to kill any guard about to get alerted by it, but don't forget the cameras. Once the lab is open, bag the first engine you see and run outside to signal the chopper, then hurry back inside. With all the clues you should find the right engine, then take it to the place. If too many guards get alerted or you have no more pagers, use ECMs. When it goes loud, hide near the swimming pool and survive until the engine is confirmed. Then wait for the police wave to near its end, and run to the escape vehicle. Careful with snipers. - Dockyard (getting all the loot): you need the Body Bag deployable, and buy Boat Escape and a crowbar. Start by securing the area between the two trains, it costs one pager but it's completely safe and relatively close to the escape. Only start looking for the loot when you've completed all the other objectives. It can be all over the map, hardest to reach is probably the upper floor in second warehouse on the left side. Kill the guard patrolling near the water (on the Boat Escape side), near the trains if you want more safety. Killing the two camera operators is discouraged since it leaves little room for error with pagers. - Train Heist: everything is a nightmare. You'll need double body bag deployable and a silent saw, and no room for mistakes. Start by going near the train tunnel entrance, and kill any passing guard and civilian when it's safe, and put their bodies into the nearby dumpster. Once you're done, you'll have killed 4 civilians and 4 guards. That means there'll only be 1 guard left patrolling the train, and nothing else. Keep an eye on that guard at all times, relentlessly. I once got fucked because I lost track for half a minute. With the saw, open the train cars until you get the 3 vaults. Careful with the saw near the lumberyard, there may be a guard on the other side. Hacking and getting to the boxes shouldn't be too hard, but be careful with the box near the lumberyard. Only when you find the sentry you will know if you're really fucked or not. If you can secure with the boat, you're saved but nowhere near done. If it's the pick-up, you may as well restart now since it'll require you passing through a zone filled with guards patrolling everywhere while carrying loot. And you'll only need to go back and forth 23 times. So you'd better give up. If it's the boat then, set up the zipline and while watching the remaining guard, let all the loot get near the boat. When you're done, carefully get to the boat and secure the loot. Then congratulations, it was the hardest heist to stealth. Now, this is the skill tree and guns I use: http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mDa:epklHjFGbDa:gNOLhiefGbCDa:fLIEFCda:ibcdea:pB8::w5-31-35-1-14:s49-3-6-10:a1 It allows one to have at the same time: - Fully upgraded ECMs, able to open doors - Fast and safe lockpicking - Maximum stamina for sprinting as long as possible - Lowest detection rate possible as far as skills are concerned - Fully upgraded body-bag carrying capacity - Double body bag deployable ability - Access to the saw and enough ammo for any heist. And as I reminder, I solo all of these on a regular basis. The only two heists where bots or teammates are necessary are Big Oil (day 2) and Firestarter (Day 1). Good luck! One thing thought: Boat escape is always avaible to you on Dockyard if you manage to finish the heist without sounding the alarm so there's no need for you to buy that asset. It even says it on the Pre-planning screen.

I've had to escape in loud before, and I was thankful that boat was still there. I'll see how that could influence my tactics though.
Oh yeah, Jewelry/Ukrainian DW heists are great
Hm, I have to wonder, why don't you use Camera Loop in a stealth build? It solves the problem of cameras in Framing Frame, can sometimes help you on Car Shop when opening doors and helps you greatly on Alesso when moving the forklift and placing saws. It's niche, yeah, but still helps sometimes. Worth 4 points for sure, ace is debatable.

Worth 4 points for sure, ace is debatable.
On Framing Frame, it's extremely inconvenient since you'd have to loop it all the time, leaving the bookshelves moved for guards to see. And you can't lock yourself in since opening it again makes the camera become alerted. On Car Shop, I use an ECM instead. The heist isn't too hard as to absolutely need ECMs later on. On Alesso, killing the camera operator is much better. Otherwise, it's too inconvenient to go back and forth between the camera and the forklift, and if there's more than one camera, it becomes impossible to move the forklift unless you have the skill aced.
Is there any reason not to invest in camera loop???? I always end up having too many skiil points on my stealth build to know what to do with them.
Is there any reason not to invest in camera loop???? Like Fast Hands and Transporter aced. Since most stealth heists have bags to move around and those skills make everything more easier.

The ace makes you gain 1 or 2 seconds at most, I've never been in a situation that required it.

80 bucks for this? It seems right big of a price.

So I thought of a few weird ways that would be nice to reward people at the higher infamy levels, and the sheer amount if time that it takes to reach them: -Every infamy level past infamy 5, that also rewards a mask, rewards 1 extra bonus skill point to the bonus given every 10 levels. -Each of the 4 far corners of the infamy tree reward the player with an additional 20-30% skill point requirement decrease for tier 4 and upwards similar to levels 2-5 of the infamy tree. Traditionally, each far corner would only effect Fugitive and One other skill tree, requiring all 4 for maximum potential. -The Ace of Spades throw-able weapon deals additional damage based on your level of infamy. As well as cosmetically looking like your current infamy card. -Players at infamy 18 and higher have permanent access to the offshore casino. [sp]Somebody at infamous 17 with all of the bare minimum requirements to reach each mask tier would have 80 extra skill points at their disposal at level 100.[/sp] [sp]The additional skill point requirement decreases would allow for potential "super builds", such as somebody with Aced Akimbo, Bulletproof, Iron Man, and Inspire.[/sp] [sp]Somebody at infamy 25 would be able to one-shot kill most specials, bar the Bulldozer, with a single card. Making it more viable and powerful the longer you play the game.[/sp]

No, the cards already are viable, you get 21 of them and if they were made any more powerful like you say as such it would pretty much invalidate all weapons in the game.
