Boltor Prime is marginally "better" than Telos Boltor to be honest. I rather take the innate truth effect over the puny damage buff.
I think Tigris Prime will be more or less on par with the Sancti Tigris. Perhaps a tiny bit stronger, but Sancti still has the innate syndicate buff.

Wouldn't recommend farming them now, I mean there is almost always bound to be one as long it isn't def/inter meaning you get ~3 each day from sorties plus alerts.
Not efficient just get them all by repeating normal missions.

Why the fuck are the kavat scans RNG based?
I thought Valkyr would be right alongside Mesa in not having a prime version, being made by Alad V. We do have that Valkyr skin that shows how she was before she was experimented on, so that's possible I suppose, but Mesa was actually a scratch-build by Salad.
Would love to have those primes all the same though.

Valkyr wasn't "made" by Alad V, they were corrupted by them with lore suggesting that it affected their abilities (which I guess makes sense, as the warframe itself is a conduit for vague tenno powers). There's been debate over whether the prime version will follow the lore and have different abilities or they'll just say "fuck it" and leave it the same, my money's on the fuck it but who knows they've been trying pretty hard lately.

I made reference to that in my post, unfortunately I had forgotten the name of the skin. I'm hoping that if there is a Valkyr Prime it will look like more like the Gersemi skin, I'm also vaguely hoping that her abilities just look like more refined versions of Valkyr's usual ones, y'know, because ValkyrP wont have been torn apart and.
As for Mesa I didn't know she was an existing frame prior to Salad, from the dialogue I remember of the quest it seemed he had used what his knowledge from dissecting Warframes and made one himself out of Mutalist goo, so that's what I took from it. But if that's not the case then bring on the Valkyr and Mesa Primes.
I only just got Mesa at the beginning of this week, claimed her on Wednesday, maxed her already, and I really like her, and Valkyr was my favourite until Ivara came along.

If you want to talk about frames that shouldn't be primed, it's nova. Made by tenno council thousands of years after orokins genocide when there were no more orokin to make primes so there shouldn't be any scavenging of old blueprints for something that never existed back then.
Can't wait for all the outrage by people who put down plat on Kavats this weekend after seeing how grind intensive it is to get them atm, when DE will probably make it way easier and gives us a "Gift of the Lotus" mission with a kavat signature thing in like a week or two.
At least that what I'm predicting will happen.

the only canon statement about nova's creation afaik is the lotus saying "her very existence is a result of tenno high council research" in her warframe profile and by research they could even be implying that they were studying artifacts related to her original prime warframe. doesn't seem like any reason to claim she shouldn't have a prime imo, although it is worth noting she was primed way out of the now long established release order. Her prime was released before a prime for banshee, saryn, and trinity despite them being released before her
