Anyway, quick question, i need to finish the archwing to get to jupiter, but control modules are in neptune?
How does that work out?
Pretty sure they actually just changed this today to make it Neurodes instead, for that reason.

I was sleeping for the reactor one.
Potato alerts should really be 24 hour ones no mater what
New patch came out. Please welcome Hot Wheels Xiphos skin and a hammer that scans enemies that you kill with it!

oh and those bad boys

How long do you guys think we'll get the synoid version?
That can only mean Syndicate melee soon.
I wonder if that hammer works on kavats.
Don't see why it wouldn't.

Redeemer is based on the Tigris. We have a Sancti Tigris, ergo we'll get a Sancti Redeemer.
SANCTI. REDEEMER. :payne:

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the loka melee is the Lacera or the Magistar

Pretty lukewarm on the current lacera but I'd be hyped for a sancti mios
I can only dream of the slide damage on the Telos Boltace
Orokin Reactor Invasion on Tharsis mars. Exterminate for corpus and spy for grineer.
Did they scrap their idea for eximus enemies dropping relics, or is that just not in yet?
Did they scrap their idea for eximus enemies dropping relics, or is that just not in yet?
I think it was just an example idea for making Relics obtainable within missions and not just as end-of-mission-rewards. It sounded like an early concept, nothing set in stone.
so what exactly does scanning reward you with, bar codex entries?
You can only scan each enemy type once right? even with that hammer?
On a side note, a coupe of practice runs in the semaris room let me finally clear mastery rank 3 test
clearly i was not slamming the ground enough to AoE KD the mobs
A completed Codex takes ~20 scans for the common enemies I believe.
Scans give you a small amount of XP and, if you're using the Synthesis Scanner, Simaris Standing, but IMO it's only worth scanning for Synthesis sidequests or to obtain Cephalon Fragments and Kavat Genetic Codes.

Did they fix it or did they FUCKING whitelist rebecca/megan to be able to put stuff on the glass of the liset?
[editline]29th July 2016[/editline]
They are going to be adding weapon display cases for lisets or something?
So guys i thinking about building a new secondary to reaplace my MK1 kunai
Im thinking a stealthy secondary for assassinating targets like; kunai, spira or perhaps ballistica?
Got any suggestions on which to go for or a better secondary suggestion?
I wanted to go gunslinger with the vasto but unfortuantly the dps is weak
For stealth weapons I recommend high damage, single shot weapons for example Lex Prime, Vaykor Kek/Marelok, Angstrum (yes) or Kulstar. To mitigate the sound, play Banshee, use Loki with Hushed Invisibility, or those Noise Reduction mods.
Putting blast damage on the Hek probably isn't the most effective thing ever, but it's pretty hilarious seeing enemies fucking flying across the map.

im only master rank 3, and im on jupiter so i dont think i can build either those weapons or those frames atm
Man the new void trace drop system is absolute trash, not only can your teammates fuck with you even more than before but now you farm void traces at about a thousandth the rate before
im only master rank 3, and im on jupiter so i dont think i can build either those weapons or those frames atm
the only frame that's locked behind mastery is rhino at rank 2, so you're good there. however, the only weapon you can currently use from those suggestions is the lex, but hek and kulstar unlock at rank 4. hek will most likely be easier for you to build since the kulstar requires another weapon, 2 tellurium and 4800 cryotic. lex is 50,000 from the market, doesn't need to be built, and i'd be willing to give you the lex prime parts if ever manage to catch you online, since i think mastery rank doesn't matter for prime versions of weapons you're allowed to use.
i have 5 left of the lith relic that has the last part i need and knowing my luck i'll probably get nothing but common drops, but at the very least i can get you the blueprint and barrel. the receiver sells for cheap too, only 5 plat right now, so a few lith relics should be able to get you enough parts to sell around for that. you'll need 10 orokin cells to build it, which you can get from ceres, which is connected to jupiter.
loki's augment mod might be a bit difficult for you to get, but the noise reduction mods are fairly easy to max and only take up 5 energy on items so with high base damage weapons you should be good if you aim for the head.
also as a note from your thoughts, the ballistica actually makes noise when it fires, but the red veil variant, which requires rank 10, is silent.

Huh? I thought the new Void is pretty fun. I mean, yeah, everyone has their own meaning of 'Fun' but I didn't like looking for the Fissure, neither did I like staying in one place, picking up Reactant and throw them into the Fissure until it reached 100%.
And the Traces are dropped randomly for each squad member. Sometimes you'll get 20+, other times only 8-14. But much better than before from my point of view.

I'm not saying the new layout is worse, I'm saying the rate at how you get them is so much lower it's insane. Yeah it might be faster than before if you didn't know how to farm them properly but it's objectively magnitudes of order slower for people who did. Like I'm fine with the new idea of gathering void traces in the mission and normal enemies actively corrupting, I even think it's pretty cool, it's the fact that before we could reliably farm about ~44 void traces every run in a drastically shorter time span and now teammates can fuck with you more

You can of course store a lot more traces now than before. And keep in mind that increasing the odds of rarer drops doesn't ensure that they will drop, it only helps even the odds.

I was really happy about that change when I saw it in the notes but if you increase how many traces we can carry while drastically reducing how fast we can get them the net result is still reducing how quickly we can upgrade relics, hoping they fix this. Don't know why you're mentioning how void traces work, we all know and it has nothing to do with the update

Agreed, I'm so happy that they changed it so soon. While the amount of traces is quite random it's still better than always taking a looter frame into the mission.
Talking about traces, my friend got 76 traces from one mission:

This image took longer than my mom on the phone so I thought you were tired of the traces nerf talk.
Congrats though. Vauban Prime looks wicked.
