It kinda sucks that Ash has been relegated to "lmao cinematic mode press 4" builds now. I really love his Prime design, but I never see people make builds out of smoke screen or teleport, because it's just not nearly as effective (unless you use fatal teleport aug, but even then, it's not nearly as easy as using bladestorm and proc 5,000+ finisher damage on every enemy in the room).

I use the cooperative cloak with a duration build so I can make everyone invisible for 18 seconds, then there is the Str/Eff build where you mash 1 to slice.

They did say that ability of his is currently being reworked. Unfortunately, their internal version of Bladestorm that they talked about was basically World of Fire with Ash clones instead of fire pillars, and just as powerful as before.
They weren't happy with that version, but it may be an indication that the ability's not gonna get changed at its core. Which would be a shame I think, because at its core it's boring.
So I have been playing Marvel Heroes recently and they have a xp system that would probably work wonders in Warframe.
it goes somewhat like this:
Every character you level up to max gives you a synergy bonus that you can add up to another that increases he's xp gain and gives him another bonus like +2% damage or something among those lines.
I think it would work great with Warframe since it would encourage people to have more frames and it would make formaing and levelling less of a chore.

I'm fairly sure the first iteration of the focus system that was toyed with nearly 2 years ago was along those lines. Basically the higher your MR (which is essentially equal to max ranking up every warframe in this context) you could allocate points into the "schools" which gave you a bunch of passive bonuses. The entire system was designed to reward veteran players as well as giving new people even further motivation to level up new frames.
I'd prefer that to the current focus system eitherway, feels like zenurik is the only one with extremely worthwhile passives while the others come off as rather gimmicky things that won't exactly turn the tide of a mission.

i don't think it has any gameplay consequences, so he'll still be in the relays (especially since he has a weekly quest you can complete), but "story" wise he'd be in hiding for a while until the corpus either give up or find out he has no merchandise to speak of.
