I'm sure there are faults, but these work perfectly for me. Duration affects how far your 4 expands, while range affects how big the explosion range is when you kill a primed enemy.

Duration + Strength for her 4th, and a bit of Range.
Strength for her 2nd, +Range if you use the Augment.
For Fast Nova just put in Overextended and you'll see enemies running like Sonic to your face, also increases their attack speed.
