Each colour palette usually only has up to 1 section, if that, without heavily saturated colours & I don't use neon.
So this is what I have to do.
I'm aware there's the Legacy filter which changes your old colour palettes to be less saturated, but they're not only less saturated. They're brighter. There are like 4 dark colours, the rest are pastell.
I think I'm only missing three of the color pallets at this point. Usually I come up with an idea and the one color I happen to need to make it look right is in a different set. Even though I make most of my warframes look like grineer using just one color set usually doesn't cut it.

This is DE we're talking about. If they weren't already working on the content this far ahead of time, there's no chance it would be ready in time, and a Halloween event isn't something they can delay for six months and still have anyone care about
Changed Smeeta's Charm ability, specifically the Resource related Charm, to give a single Resource pickup rather than a random stack of resources that may not be the appropriate size for the chosen Resource type.
Call the animal protection services.
Welp, that ability is now useless. They could've just limited resource drop to 3-5. Now it's just a super rare chance for single drop. :goodjob:

Oh, by the way, people on reddit say Darvo alert spawns a lot of oxium ospreys, so be sure to check it out, and donate some to our Amesha research.
I don't know what the average is on the Darvo alerts but I'm getting around 500 each time, not using Carrier.
Enemies stopped coming out of their spawn rooms while I was doing the Darvo mission. Had to manually go in their rooms and murder the fuck out of them. It shouldn't be this much of a hassle to murder dudes.
I honestly don't understand DE's decision to nerf Smeeta's Charm. They're so goddamn hellbent on ignoring the glaring issue of Carrier's Vacuum for no apparent reason. The ability wasn't even that bad, and it made Smeeta kavats the only real competitor to Carrier. Sure, they still have guaranteed red crits and whatever else, but it doesn't make the game straight up better like Vacuum does.
I just wanna use my Dethcube without having to look at the ground constantly instead of shooting some motherfuckers.
It's probably because Charm led to people stacking dozens, hundreds of "rare" resources effortlessly, which puts devs in a bad spot where they have to decide whether to get rid of those hoards with ridiculous crafting costs, or nerf the source of those resources.
Carrier's ubiquity is a problem, but I don't think keeping that particular aspect of Charm intact was a good solution, because it created different problems.
Ideally it would take a rebalancing across the board that not only rethinks Vacuum (by making it Sentinel-neutral or a standard feature on every Warframe or sharing all pickups team-wide so that only only one person has to touch a mod so that everyone gets it), but also buffs other Sentinels to the point where they actually feel as useful as the old Carrier or Smeeta.
Several Sentinels just don't work well in practice like Shade making you flicker into invis when you don't need it (and then being on CD when you do need it) or Wyrm's knockback triggering while you're doing Stealth kills, ruining your streak and activating its weapons to make sure the entire room is notified. Vacuum meanwhile is completely reliable.
I do wonder what in the devs' minds makes Carrier such a holy entity that they refuse to tinker with it despite extremely common community outcry. I understand that even popular fan demands shouldn't be auto-implemented, devs can diagnose an underlying problem and fix that instead for example, or it might be a situation where players just want free stuff, or the devs may be interested in pushing the game into a different direction that the current audience may not care about. But I actually haven't heard any good arguments on the carrier situation, mostly just verbal eye rolling. It seems to be bordering on Hearthstone-levels of "we don't want to touch the soul of the card" ridiculousness that just gives me the vibe of one dev not wanting to change his beloved baby and nobody else on the team caring enough to press the issue.
Just make Vacuum an innate ability of all Warframes already. Give Carrier, I don't know, little drones instead. Bang, done.
Vacuum is just TOO good to not have, so just make it an innate ability. There's nothing fun about scavenging for drops.

Or just make Carrier actually carry stuff. It could easily carry leftovers like energy orbs, health orbs and ammo. Then give them to you when you need them.
[editline]3rd September 2016[/editline]
Everyone should just run Carrier 24/7 and not even touch anything else. That way DE could perhaps see it as a real problem. Then again it's DE, it won't ever happen.
DE has nerfed the 2 viable sidegrades to the Carrier (Diriga and Smeeta).
It's pretty clear that stuff like universal vacuum will never happen, sadly.

I have been trying to pitch this idea for more competition against Carrier.
The fact that they added Medi-Ray some months back really shows that... Well other companions will never be on par with Carrier Prime.

There's people AGAINST the idea because they personally wouldn't use it.
It's one thing to be disinterested in something you won't use but will help others. But against something because you personally aren't interested is a fascinating way to see things. I'm amazed by some of the people in the thread.
Honestly I can't wait to see what a trainwreck The War Within will be.
