I believe it was some old wiki snippet put on Stalker's profile page in his hints and tips. I never heard of it before either and thought it was bullshit but it was a really weird condition that they'd have to think up if it was bullshit so I tested it out. I got a visit within 5 runs but I had the mark for a while so I tested it again, got it somewhere around 9 runs.
I won't say its the most reliable way to get a visit and was probably just really big lucks of the draw, but then again, I also read up that G3 and Zanuka visits way more often when you do invasions and support the opposing faction to the assassin.
Stalker no longer visits when your frame is below level 10 or something now, though. That was in the patchnotes at some point, can't remember when but I definitely didn't make this up.
Well you don't need to be below level 10, to lower your conclave you can just use different weapons and remove some mods.
I can use a fully decked out V.Prime with a decked out Opticor and stay under the 700 mark I believe.

A finite amount of platinum.
If you want platinum out of your Kubrows then you should get some Lotus ones. Others are pretty much worthless. Also bulky ones are more expensive and colors make a huge difference in value.

I keep disconnecting from matches on Warframe and I have no idea what's causing it. My PC is top of the line and there's nothing wrong with my router or internet cable either.
My internet might not be the best but it's definetely not shit-tier. I used to play missions just fine until this evening.
